School wasn't much different from yesterday, but now it's social.

I walked in the class, and Keith didn't move, he just stared at me. Today we had a substitute teacher, so as usual people sat wherever they wanted. Sadly for me someone was sitting in my spot, so I looked around. There was only five spots, four of them were the same table as Keith and one was between a group of people that I didn't know at all, and honestly I really wasn't in the mood to feel like the biggest outcast today. So as fate would have it. I sat next to Keith.

"Hey." Keith smirked while being a bit shy.

"Hi." I nodded.

"How've you been? Damn it's been a long time!" He said with the biggest puppy eyes ever. His eyes had a mixture of softness, sadness, and regret.

"It's okay it's not like it really matters" I looked at the ground to avoid eye contact.

"Of course it does." He grabbed my hand with one hand and used the other one to lift my head up so that my eyes meet his. "You know that I care about you a lot."

"......"

"I'm so sorry for what I did." He sounded sincere.

"Sorry isn't going to bring John back to life!" I mumbled but he still heard.

"I know. I..I..just don't want to lose you that's all." He tried wining me back.

The lesson began so thank god I didn't have to talk to him then the ball rang.

"Wait." Keith yelled to get my attention.

"Look I gotta go" I attempted to leave, but he grabbed my arm and pulled me into a hug.

"Please don't leave. Stop walking away from me every time." He said while my head rested on his chest. His arms were around me . his head was resting on mine.

"Well what else am I supposed to do?" I asked him trying not to sound sad nor start crying.

"Meet me after school, and we'll take my car, then we could go see a movie or go to the park okay." He smiled at me.
