Chapter Three: Cobra the Pegases

~{Victoria's POV}~

I got up and looked around, the beach, the near by forest was beautiful. As I turned around I saw another wolf 10 feet away running at me. Before I could move the wolf jumped on me. The wolf was larger than Aria. This she-wolf had brown fur, yellow eyes, a bracelet, and it had wings, it had a few bite marks on its neck and on it lower hind leg. But one thing really stood out to me this she-wolf's wings were longer but less feathery then Aria's wings. It looked like this wolf has been in some fights recently. The she wolf spread her wings really showing me their max length. She looked me square in the eye.

'Im so flipped screwed.' Ran thew my mind

The she-wolf spat, a deep stern growl came after," Who are you and what did you do to my sister!?"

She placed one of her long black claws on my throat in kill position one movement could mean death. Her eyes narrowed, the hair on her back went up the sunlight making it look almost red. She was clearly pissed off.

"Scarlet she is a friend not an enemy! She saved my life!" Aria yelled desperately. But scarlet was already had Victoria tacked to the sandy beach.

Scarlet said with out the growl," I was worried about you. Are you alright?"

"I put a splint on her wing it's almost done healing." I whispered, I had to resisted the feeling to flinch. "Now can you get off me please get off me."

"I didn't ask you!" Scarlet snarled, she dug the claws deeper

"I'm fine." Aria said a hint of anger trailed in her voice.

"I was worried, you could have died I have to watch you. Stupid Alfa orders."

"I Know. Now can you get off of her!" Aria huffed

"Please." I begged

Scarlet lifted her paw and walked over to Aria, licking the cut under her eye.

"Thankyou!" I puffed, coughing."Your Scarlet, Aria's sister"

"Yes I'm Scarlet, and no I found Aria, we are not true sisters."

"This is completely off topic but, Aria where is my stuff." I asked still rubbing my neck.

"Their over by the the wreckage." Said Aria, stepping away from Scarlet. Resisting the temptation of following Victoria.

I walked slowly to the wreckage. The place was amazing but it was kind of cold. Their were tons of pine trees. A small stream fed into the ocean, far up stream the edges where covered in ice.

"Fresh water... Spring? Winter? I don't know anymore." I whispered to my self debating the seasons. 'Am I dreaming?'

I tripped on a root, yelled "Ahhhh!" As I flailed my arms. Smack I hit the ground, now that I thought about it I should really inspect my body for cuts. The pain in my lower half started to throb again, it was bearable but it could get infected.

"Victoria you have to be careful." I whispered again, "You don't want to screw your self more than you already have."

I was 8 feet way from my stuff. A deer jumped away. A bird chirped. It was pleasent. I picked up my stuff. Inspecting my sword for any damage.

"Bag, bow, quiver, arrows, sword." All was with me. I walked back hauling the stuff with me. Are you guys hungry I'm not but are you?" Victoria I called. Scarlet and Aria both said yes. "Do you want beef strips or left over fish?"

Aria wanted the fish and Scarlet wanted the dried beef strips. After they ate we stared to walk into the woods. We ventured into the wood. Father we went it got thicker the tree leafs got. A cave was present. Sticks every where. We hiked for a few miles till we found a dirt road.

We when back to the cave and made a fire. It was shallow. Enough to keep the pegasus happy.

I talk about how I woke up in the middle of the ocean with no memory and the part about not drowning. How I fixed the boat, defeated the monsters (with Aria's help), and how Aria and I got here with the pegasus.

The pegasus came over and lied down he snorted, "My name is Cobra"

I was shocked that I could hear him but then again I lost my memory but little by little it would come back. After a good camp fire song and some ghost stories I stared to get bored so I looked at the stars between the brakes of the trees. There was so many of them. I recognized a few constellations like the Big Dipper. Cobra was uneasy, He shifted on his hooves as he walked around. Aria took the night shift she said she would wake us up if thing got suspicious.

I got that same dream of the wolf in cage only different, it was more like I was the wolf seeing there it's eyes. It/I paced back and forth thinking one statement over and over again,'Everything will be okay every thing will be okay.' it was in a kennel next to more animal that are different in color, shape and just...just different.

Hours later, I awakened in the mist of the morning more restless and, cold...
