Imperia in MM

Imperia Jaelyn Hartley

"What should we do with her?" I kicked my legs, trying to free myself.

"Let's see how tight she really is." I closed my legs as tight as I could. Some man came up and untied my legs. "The easier you make this, the better."

Tears fell down my face. They were about to rape me.

A man picked me up and threw me on a dirty mattress. He pulled all of my clothes off. I fought like I had never fought before.

I screamed as much as I could. "HELP!!!! Please help me!!!" I cried.

The man who had taken off my clothes roughly entered me. I screamed in agony. I was a virgin, and they were taking that from me.

"NOOOOOO!!!" I cried out. "GOD please!!"

"Wake up! Get up, Imperia!" Kairo shook me. We were at a hotel for the night. "You okay?" I touched my face and tears were evident.

He pulled me into his arms and lied us back down. "I have nightmares about that night. I can't seem to get over it." I mumbled.

"How many did it to you?"

"6" I whimpered. He got out of bed and roughly put his clothes on. "Where are you going?" I asked.

He kissed my forehead. "Everything I do is for you. I love you and Kinsley more than anything in this world. Get some sleep, I'll be back." He hugged me and kissed my lips. He left the room shortly after.

I looked back to see Kinsley. "Where's daddy going?" She pouted. "He had to take care of some business. Come and cuddle with mommy."

She got out of her bed and got into mines. I turned the tv on to Cartoon Network and placed my arms around her as she occasionally laughed.

Pretty soon, I had fallen asleep.

"I'm so excited. I don't know where we're going, but I'm super happy." I smiled. He chuckled. "I can tell."

We stopped at an adoption agency and my heart sped up. I was about to meet his daughter. "Come on in." He smiled, getting out.

I hesitantly followed after him. He checked us in and we went to an office. A lady walked in a bit after us. "Sorry I'm late, I needed my coffee." She joked.

She took one look at me and looked shocked. "Um, wow. I never expected to see the mother and father here." She said wiping her face. "Huh?" Danny asked, confused.

I looked away, feeling guilt within myself. I knew and didn't say anything. He looked back at me. "You're her mother?" He asked. I nodded, looking away.

He shook his head and turned back around. "We'd like to take our daughter home, now." The lady nodded with a smile. "Yes sir."

She gave us Emerson's records. Her name was Emerson Jynoa Camilo. It said that she was 4 years old and was born August 25, 2011. We followed her out of the office after filling out some paper work. "Emerson" The lady called sweetly. A little girl walked out holding a teddy bear.

"You can go home to your mommy and daddy, now. They've missed you bunches and now you all can be a family, again."

"Yay!" Emerson cheered. I smiled, a tear rolled down my face. This was my baby girl. I took one look at her and fell in love. She was already my heart.

"Mommy!" She ran to me, hugging my legs. I sobbed, and picked her up. I hugged her tight. "Why are you crying, mommy?"

"I'm just so happy to see you, that's all." She hugged me again and we all walked out of the adoption agency. "Daddy gets no love?" Danny joked.

"Of course you do, daddy!" I passed Emerson to Danny and he tickled her, throwing her in the air and catching her.

Danny buckled her in the car seat and opened and shut my door for me. He placed Emerson's bags in the trunk along with our stuff. He got in after. "We're gonna talk about this later." He stated firmly. I nodded, dreading that moment.

As soon as we made it to the airport, we went to his private jet. He helped both Emerson and I  up the stairs. He was being such a gentleman.

Soon we all sat down. "Emerson, let me and mommy talk really quick. There's a bunch of snacks in the room along with toys." She nodded rushing to the back.

"So when were you gonna tell me?" He asked rubbing his face. "When the right time came along. I didn't know how to say it because you had been looking for her mother for so long and it would be impossible to believe she was right in front of you. Plus, I didn't know for sure if she was really my baby."

He nodded. "So you were kidnapped, too then?" I nodded. "I faintly remember feeling an unbearable pain and hearing a baby's cry. I was badly drugged."

"Why didn't you say anything? You knew I wished her mother was around. Had you came clean, of course I would've been skeptic, but I don't think you'd lie to me."

I looked down feeling defeated. He was absolutely right. "I can't help but think you're not ready to be a mom."

I looked up so quick. "Excuse you?!" He shrugged.

"Don't you dare tell me what I'm ready for and not ready for. You're not my parents and you aren't responsible for me. You don't know what I'm ready for. That little girl needs a mother and that's exactly what I'll be to her. I don't care what you or anyone else thinks I'm ready for." I stood and walked to the bathroom.

I couldn't believe he would say that to me just because I didn't tell him what I knew immediately. Either way, I would've been there for her. I would've been the mother my mom could never be.

"Kyon, come out. I shouldn't have said that. My bad. I need to put some respeck on yo name." It was just like him to play too damn much.

I walked out, brushing past him. "Asshole." I muttered. "No, I won't eat ya asshole. Shut up."

"Emerson." I called, before I beat Danny to a pulp. She walked in with chocolate on her cheeks. I giggled. "Come here baby."

She walked to me and I pulled her on my lap. I wiped her face. We both looked out the window and I played with her curly hair. "Mommy, my birthday is coming up in 4 months. I want a party, but I don't have any friends."

"Of course you do, sweetie. You have the kids from the adoption agency."

"They hurt my feelings, mommy. They call me ugly and pull my hair." She whined.

I turned her towards me. "You're absolutely beautiful. You're the most gorgeous little girl I have ever seen. I promise."

She smiled. "Thank you, beautiful mommy."

"We'll get you a friend." I muttered as we looked out the window.

About thirty minutes later, I was awaken from my nap due to my phone going off. I answered.

"Hello?"

"Kyon, it's me. Uncle Kairo."
