Merlin's last words (Merlin Fanfic)

Chapter 2- Meeting Enchanted

A young beautiful girl stood there looking at him. Yet her eyes were brown but he saw a flash of green before. Her brown hair was tied up but it looked perfect.

"You're.....you're a girl!"

"Yes I am, problem?"

"Wha.....who are you?"

"I am Enchanted, a sorceress that has lived on this planet for more than a thousand years."

"What? How could someone live for that long?"

Merlin was surprised but something told him that this person he was looking at, wasn't human.

"I'm a creature made by the Wise Dragon. I stay in this form, for now and forever. Got it?"

"What's your mission....Enchanted?"

"To protect Arthur like you, to become a female knight."

Merlin laughed quite loudly.

"Female Knight? You're asking for the impossible."

Enchanted gave him a mean look.

"I wasn't asking you Merlin, I shall go to the King, myself."

"Wait, no! You have magic. Magic is not allowed in Camelot-"

"Excuse me? Don't you have magic?"

"Yes....but its my destiny to protect him and he doesn't know."

"Like he will know if I have magic. So please Merlin, join my side and try to persuade him in it."

"I don't trust you Enchanted."

"Fine then don't. I'll do it myself and go ask the Dragon and he'll tell you."

Enchanted then disappeared and Merlin quickly ran back to the Palace, he was late.

Merlin cleaned the armour and put it on Arthur.

"You look great Sire."

"Thank you Merlin."

Today it was Jousting. Of course Arthur had to practise and then afterwards he had a meeting with someone unknown. This made Merlin suspicious.

"So who are you meeting with today?"

"Someone that I have no idea about."

"Maybe it could be Morgana or someone that works with her."

"We'll find out Merlin. Have no fear you little Chicken butt."

Merlin sighed.

Jousting was just as usual, Arthur versing his Loyal Men and winning them. Merlin kept thinking if Enchanted was sent by Morgana or the Dragon. The Dragon will never betray him, yet what was the deal? Why would Enchanted want to be a knight and she's a female. Who was she and what does she want?

"MERLIN!"

Merlin looked up. Arthur was approaching.

"Yes Sire?"

"What did you think of that? Good right?"

"Yes Sire, good job."

As they walked through the hallway the marble walls flickered. Someone was there. As Merlin turned to look he saw a green eye flash. He knew with in the instant who was there. Enchanted.
