Mikayla's POV
We made our way into the airport, and then to where Shawn would be.
We got to the airport for the earliest flight, which was at 5:30 am. So basically we could be here for hours, not knowing if he's actually going to be leaving the airport this way or even be here at all. Fun right.
It's been like an hour since we got here, so I've been sitting on my phone because there's nothing else to do. As I was going through my snapchat stories I came across Shawn's story. It was him walking through an airport... a very familiar airport.
Twenty minutes later I heard a group of people walking up behind us. I turned around and guess who was the first person I saw.... the one and only Andrew Gertler and guess who was right behind him, yep my husband. I immediately started freaking out, in my head of course.
I ran and got my mom so she could take a picture. She got up and we walked back over to them and I called out for Shawn.
"Shawn!!" I said loudly.
He turned around and saw me and immediately started smiling and walked over to me. I ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug ever.
"I love you so much, Mendes." I said as we pulled away.
"I love you too..." He said waiting for me to say my name.
"Mikayla."
"I love you too, Mikayla. It's so nice to meet you!"
"You have no idea how long I've waited for this moment. Can we take a picture?"
"Yeah, of course!"
We took a picture then I posted a picture of us on my snapchat story, with the caption "my boy.💗"
"Oh! hey, can I put you on my story?" He asked.
"Of course!!"
"What's your snapchat? I'll follow you."
"Its --------" (a/n lol I couldn't think of a username)
"thanks!" he said
"no problem!!"
"Shawn we've gotta go, say good bye this new crush of yours!" Andrew said, which made Shawn blush and me laugh.
"Well I guess I have to go now." Shawn said sadly.
"Yeah. Thank you sooo much for stoping!"
"No thank you! I hope to see you again soon, Mikayla!"
"Me too!"
and then he left, he just walked away. lol ok I'm being a little dramatic.
As we were walking out of the airport I was texting my best friend Marcie when I got a notification from snapchat, saying Shawn sent me a snap. I opened it and it was a picture of him pouting with he caption "I miss you already. lol." I smiled and responded with the same expression with the caption "me too."
Ugh this boy....
Shawn's POV-
Mikayla responded to my snapchat with the same look on her face and said "me too."
She's so gorgeous without even trying. I like this girl a lot.
Mikayla's POV- (a/n- #Uthought shawns POV was going to be long lol)
We had literally just left the airport and I'm already depressed because I miss Shawn so much. I need help lol.
The whole car ride home me and Shawn were snapchatting and it was great.
I love him.
