It's cute, isn't it? Cute...yet dangerous.

Name: These creatures are commonly referred as "Fire Foxes", but they're usually called by their color as well. (Ex: Red Fire Fox)
Scientific Name: Flara Vulpes Vulpes
Common Sex: 50% male and female.
Average Height: 1 foot.
Average Weight: 15 pounds.
Muscular Uses: Fire foxes can dig through very hard rock to burrow for an extended amount of time.
Skeletal Uses: Smaller than normal foxes in some cases. Unknown why.
Most Prominent Physical Feature(s): The "horns" on the top of their heads and the unique markings inside their ears.
Diet: Fire fox's' diet mainly consists of smaller creatures, such as mice and birds, but when they get old enough, they can go after Fire Rabbits and young Fire Stags (if hunted within a pack.).
Habitat: These creatures are native to the Fire Realm, but can sometimes be seen wandering the Darkness Realm.

Family: Canidae
Similar Species: Not many, but there are similarities to Plant and Water foxes, and are sometimes called smaller versions of Fire Wolves.

Breeds and Variations:
•Class A Fire Foxes: This breed of Fire Fox is taken down by water easily and are near forested areas. They can only light paper, wood, and trash on fire.• Common.
•Class B Fire Foxes: This breed of Fire Fox is taken down by depleting the oxygen level, which can be done by Air Elementals, in the area surrounding the fox. It will then grow weak, allowing you to finish it off. They live near more urban areas. The can only light flammable gases,  oil, gasoline, and similar substances.• Uncommon.
•Class C Fire Foxes: This breed of Fire Fox can be taken down by dueling Elements, Air and Water. Using only one will not work. These foxes live near labs. They can only light areas with powerful electric currents.• Uncommon.
•Class D Fire Foxes: This breed of Fore Fox can only be taken down by dry herbal powders used specially for fighting fire. These foxes live near labs and urban areas. They can only light metal.• Rare.
•Class K Fire Foxes: These foxes can be taken down with herbal powders and dueling Water and Air Elements. These foxes live near small towns. They can only light grease and cooking oils.• Uncommon.
—Fire foxes have different colors depending on how hot the area they live in is. In order from coolest to hottest, these are the colors they're seen in. Red, blue, green, purple.

Female Appearance: Although male and female fire foxes look the same, females generally have less markings on their "horns."
Male Appearance: Although make and female fire foxes look the same, males have more detailed, golden markings on their "horns."
Offspring Appearance: Young fire foxes always have blue eyes before the turn into Amber or green. They also have less markings on their faces.
Melanism Appearance: Melanistic Fire Foxes normally have royal violet or deep blue eyes with pure black fur. Despite this, they always emit an extra warm aura.
Albinism Appearance: Albino Fire Foxes keep their blue eyes or they'll turn red or pink. They have pure white fur and cannot be in areas that are too hot due to their sensitive skin.
Distinguishable Features: The markings in their ears and fire colored fur helps. Their facial markings are also distinguishable features.
Distinguishable Behavior: They're normally playful in the wild, and the mothers take great care of their young. They travel in packs and are very social, but they're easily frightened.

Abilities: Fire Elementals.
Predators: These animals are normally hunted by larger fire creatures like Fire Cougars and Fire Wolves.
Level in Food Chain: They're higher than Fire Stags but lower than Fire Lynxes.
Endangered?: No.
Invasive Species?: In some areas, yes.

Interaction With Humans: They're easily scared away by humans but are captured easily because they hang out in areas where a lot of humans roam.
Trainable?: Yes.
How?: Fire foxes are tamed commonly by stealing young from the nest and raising them from there. But if you are a Faunus, you can already talk well to this species, which allows them to be trained easier by Faunus than Humans or different races. They're similar to cats when it comes to training, if you mange to catch one and bring it your house, they'll get used to the new lifestyle after a week or two.
Trainable Abilities: These foxes cannot be taught anything special once tamed, but you can touch up on abilities they already know.
Uses: Fire foxes are used like cats, companionship and to get rid of pests, which they're very good at.
History with Humans: Humans and Fore Foxes have, for the most part, lives in a strange, confused harmony.
Hunted for Physical Aspects?: Yes. Their horns.
Wild Behavior: Very social and playful.

Who Found Them?: Sierra Novalis.
Background: When attempting to spy on a rival during the Great War, Sierra encountered a small pack of Fire Foxes and went back to Reaper to report her find. Ever since then, they've been studied.

Diseases Carried: Fire Foxes carry non-Magic related diseases, but can carry rabies.
