deep thoughts are the type of thoughts i most despise. they usually consist of the most emotional little things, that can easily change the plans of my day. the way i think changes, making me feel as if i am not able to do nothing at all. i try avoid spending time by myself, which in most cases doesn't work out to well.
i am worried, but mostly scared. being in a different country that i have not yet visited is quite overwhelmingly. every person i see in this airport i find intimidating, children and adults. everything seems so new.
"viviana!" i hear my name being echoed through the building. quickly, i look from the tiled floor to my new roommate, sage.
"sorry i'm running late," she smiles, "the furniture arrived earlier than expected. i'm still a bit jet lagged."
sage had arrived a day earlier than me to get things sorted out. we have been planning on moving in together for quite a while, and today is the day where that will finally happen. i was the one who suggested to live in london. i don't truly remember the reasoning behind why i chose london but sage agreed it would be a great place.
"did you manage to get my silver plaque from my parents house that i left behind?" sage asks, taking my suitcase from hand and beginning to walk toward the nearest exit.
sage and i are both youtubers. i make mostly vlogs and music related videos, while on the other hand, sage makes skits along with a mixture of different things. basically, we met online and became really good friends. several months ago, she finally achieved her one hundred, thousand subscriber plaque but forgot to bring it on her trip here.
"yep, and i got the rest of your vinyls as well," i assure, trailing behind her.
"come on, i already ordered a cab!" sage gave a smile. it's our first time in london, and she is very excited. i would be too if i wasn't so unfamiliar with everything.

i drag my suitcase up the first flight of stairs leading to our apartment door. once sage unlocks the door, i look inside and see more stairs.
"welcome to our first apartment!" sage awkwardly announces, doing jazz hands. "you can just leave your suitcase in that little closet behind the door for now. i need you to see the rooms."
i nod my head, and start opening up the closet.
"is it just me or does this look familiar to dan and phil's apartment?" i ask out of care, putting my suitcase in the small closet.
finishing up, i see sage staring at the door across the hall. just as i hope she doesn't press the door bell, her finger presses the small silver button.
"sage, what did you do?" i ask, panicking grabbing her arm, trying to pull her into the apartment but badly fail. "oh my gosh,"
the sound of someone coming down the stairs, sends an alarming signal to my body making me freeze up.
"how may i help you?"

i still ask myself why i decided to make my first fanfiction about dan howell.
