Chapter 8

I was in shock when I saw who it was. Why would he do that?

"W-why..Claude?" I questioned him, my voice full of hurt in it, I then coughed up some blood.

"I cannot have anyone hurt my precious soul. I'm sorry, your highness." When I heard those words come out of his own mouth, I was heartbroken. Soon enough, my vision started to get blurry, I just saw Sebastian take Ciel, that is all.

-Time skip-

I woke up from my unconsciousness just to find me in my bed with some bandages wrapped around me. I tried to remember what had happened before I was brought here. I soon remembered, oh how I hated Claude for that, I felt such betrayal, yet I still... er, have something for that butler, I don't know what it is, everytime when I think about him I feel all fuzzy inside.

After, what, a minute or so, I heard the door open, it was Hannah. She had a cup of tea in hand, I assume it was for me. You know, I'm starting to appreciate Hannah.

"Oh good, you're awake." She gave me a warm smile, then the tea. "Someone wants to talk to you, do I let him pass?"

"All right , let him pass." I rolled my eyes, then took a sip of tea.

Right when I said that, Hannah let the person pass. I nearly dropped my cup of tea. How dare he step foot here after what he did!

"Hannah, leave us alone." I told her through gritted teeth while glaring at him coldly.

"Certainly." She said then left.

"What are you doing here, Claude! How dare you come here after what you- " "I came here to apologize-" "Apologize for what! I don't need you anymore, you betrayed me! You left me, you left me for that stupid bastard.." I yelled at him, ending up with tears in my eyes.

"That is why I came to apologize, I don't know what I was clearly thinking." Claude came closer to me.

"Get away! You have caused me pain and I don't want you to do more! Just
get out you demon!!" I bursted out into tears.

"Of course, your-" "S-shut it, don't you dare use it." I spat out. He left, leaving me there to cry.

-Claude's POV-

I left his room actually feeling guilty.
Hannah glared at me, shaking her head in disapproval. I glared back.

Just as I was leaving I saw the triplets approaching me.

"Did you make the poor master cry?" Timber asked.
"What happened? Is he alright?" Thompson asked.
"Is he having a mental breakdown? Is he what people call, in his period?" Canterbury asked obviously with no knowledge on the last part. I just ignored them and walked away.

-Hannah's POV-
I walked in Alois's room, I saw him crying and I walked over to him. He gave me a cold glare but then it soften.

"Hannah, I want a hug.." I heard Alois say softly. 

As soon as I heard that, I felt bad and walked over to him to him a hug.

"Don't worry, everything will be alright." I said to him soothingly and ran my fingers through his blond, soft hair.

I heard him sob softly and felt him hug tighter.

"D-don't leave me, p-please."
