Chapter Thirty One

Dylan's POV

We arrived at Jane's house. She still looks lamp. But she said that she had drank a medicine for her anemia. So I think it's fine. I carry her inside, then we sit in living room.

"Thanks." she said with hugged me.

"Your welcome. Do you need something? I'll get it for you."

"I want to go to my room and have some water."

"Okay. I'll take you to your room, first."

I carry her and also took her bag. I lay her down in her bed, and she snuggle inside her blanket.

"I'll take some water for you."

She nodded. I go down stairs, go to the refrigerator in the kitchen, took a bottle of water and a glass then bring it to Jane's room. She is changing her shirt when I came in.

"Oh. Sorry."

She smiled at me. "I'm finished. Come on in." then she sat on her bed.

I put the bottle and the glass at her desk. Then came to her, sat next to her.

"You need a rest. You should sleep."

"Yeah." she put her body into her blanket. "Sleep here. Next to me."

"What?"

"Until I fall asleep. Please."

I sleep next to her, and she put her head to my chest. She put her arms to my belly." Thank you, Dylan. For everything."

"Yeah. Sure, Jane. I have called Ryan. But he can't go home now, so i guess I'll be here until he come back."

She smiled, "That's good."

I smiled to her. She hugged me tightly, I can feel her breath, I can hear her heartbeat. I patted her. And she snuggle to me.

" You should sleep." I said in low voice.

"I am. In your arms."

There's silence for a couple minutes there. It's feel awkward.

"I really don't know that you love me from middle school, Jane. It's because you always suport me when I like someone else. You never say 'don't'. How stupid I am because I can't feel it?! I'm so sorry, Jane."

"It's my fault too. Because I didn't tell you. And I was too late. You with Karen. It's make me broken heart. Hm. Love at freshman year." she giggled. "When I remember that day, I'm so silly you know. I sneak out put love letters to your locker."

"What? So. All those letters is from you??"

"I thought you know. I wrote 'J' on it."

"Of course I don't know. You remember Jade? She is chase after me that day. So I think it's from her." I laughed.

Jane laughed too. "Yeah. Stupid me. I should wrote my name on it, not just 'J'. But then, you still with Karen, and you always told me that you happy with her, you're so lucky to have her, and everything. Many things I heard about her. It makes me sick. Makes me more broken. Then, I knew Eric, when your parents invite me for Christmas Eve's dinner at your house. And, yeah.."

"The one who is stupid, it's me, Jane. I should-I should know that you loves me, right? You always beside me. Never left me. You always there for me. But-oh fuck. The one who make a mistake and all of this happen it's me."

She kissed my cheek, and smile." It's fine. Now we're know that we love each other. That's the important thing now."

I kissed her lips. I feel sorry for her. If I knew it from the start, she won't be with Eric and felt all the pain that he gave. I kissed her forehead.
