I wake up in the middle of the sunrise, from force of habit. I look around the room, and see Nate sleeping, I smile, he's so adorable when he's sleeping. I lay back down, he puts his arm around my waist, and nuzzles his head in my shoulder.
I chuckle lightly, and shake him, "Nate," I whisper. He quietly groans, "5 more minutes." He says. I smile and roll my eyes, and get up to put on pants, and a shirt. I look over at Nate, and he's still sleeping.
"Nate." I said. He looks up at me, "What are you getting dressed for?" He asked.
"I want to go to your house." I said. He finally gets up, and kisses my cheek, "Okay." He says.
He puts on one of his graphic tee's, and pants. I grab a couple of things, and put it in my backpack.
"Go out of the window, I'll meet you when I go out the front door." I said.
"Okay." He said. We kissed, and he hopped out the window.
I grab my backpack, and leave my room, and see my dad in the living room on the couch passed out from the alcohol. I roll my eyes annoyed and purposely slam the door. I see him jump up, I laugh lightly, "I'm going out for a couple of days." I said dryly.
"Where do you plan on going?" He asked.
"Somewhere other than here." I said slamming the door on my way out.
I see him on the side of the house waiting for me. I feel a rush of happiness when I see him.
He smiles, and takes my hand, and kisses me on the cheek.
We walked outside of the pouring rain, It was drizzling at first, but it just got heavier, and heavier as we walked.
We walk towards his house, when he says, "Live with me."
I look at him with shock written all over my face.
"What?"
"Live with me." He says again. At first I thought he was joking, but he looked more serious since the first time I seen him.
"I don't think so..."
"Why not?" He asked annoyed.
"Because, my dad-"
"Please, don't let that asshole let you from being happy." He said.
"I just can't uproot my life and live with you." I say.
"You have one mattress, and an alcoholic dad for fuck's sakes," He says as calmly as he can.
"Well my life hasn't exactly been a walk in the park! I promised myself I wouldn't, no, couldn't get attached to anybody." I was tearing up, as the tears drip down, I could feel myself getting weaker, and weaker.
"So excuse me if I am hesitant on moving in with someone I just met a couple of weeks ago.!"
He steps away punching the air, and comes back. "Fine. You wanna stay at your dads house? Go ahead."
I roll my eyes, "Like you're gonna let me stay at my dads house alone." I said wiping my tears from my face.
My nose was probably red as an apple, and so were my cheeks. That always happened when I cry, Which is almost never.
He was still angry, but smirked a bit. "I will." He said crossing his arms like a 5 year old.
"Oh really?" I said challenging him.
"Yeah, stay at your dads house, and see if you wanna keep living there." He said.
I was taken aback from him being so stubborn.
