Jenny's P.O.V
He leaves for work, and I decide to stay home, draw, listen to music. it's heaven here. Drawing, a wonderful boyfriend, food.
I go to the room, and look for my journal. I look all over the room, and bag, but it's nowhere to be found.
"Ugh, must've not gotten it from my room." I say to myself.
I go, and put on his t-shirt, skinny jeans, and red vans. I walk to my old house, and climb through the window, to see my rooms been trashed. There are graffiti on the walls, inside the closet. The windows were broken in, and my journal's been wrecked.
I fall to my knee's, all of the hard work I did in that journal's for so many years, gone. I cry like a baby for just a few minutes, and put it in my backpack anyway.
I decide to look around the house to see what had happened. The whole house was trashed. I see my dad on the floor, with blood stained on his wrists.
"Daniel!" I quickly call 911. The ambulance are there in 10 minutes. I could barely hear Daniel talking. Ant least he's alive. I know he hasn't been the best dad, or even a dad at all, but I still cared for him. He is my father anyway.
We drive to the hospital, and I wait for the doctor to give me information.
"Ms. Gardner?"
I stand up, "Is he okay?"
"He'll be fine, we have to keep him here for a few days, and he will have to see the therapist that's listed here. What's your relationship with him? Daughter."
I simply nod my head.
"Okay, we will call you when you could pick him up."
"Okay, thank you doctor." I said.
I try to find a phone to call Nate, but with no success. I go to Daniels room to talk to him.
I read on the information his room Is '201' I go to the second floor, and find him. I find him with bandages on his wrists. I have been dreaming of him killing himself, but never though the day would come.
"Hi." I say.
He looked surprised to a full extent.
"What are you doing here?" He asks.
"I brought you here? Don't you remember?"
He shakes his head, "I thought one of the neighbors did."
I chuckle lightly, "We need to work on out relationship dad." I said. "Through all the shit we've been through, we deserve to get along. What do you think?"
"I've never been so happy to hear that." He said.
He tries to hug me by putting his arms up a little, "Were not there yet." I said.
He laughs, "Yeah, you know Jenny, I really like Nathan."
"You do?" I ask.
"Yeah, I could see in his eyes he really loves you. More than I ever did, or will. He loves you more than I had ever seen anyone love someone love another human being." He said, and meaning every word of it.
Nathans P.O.V
I head off to my interview across town, I'm nervous as hell, but I have to do this for me and Jenny. It takes me around 25 minutes to get there, I put on a white button up shirt, skinny jeans, and a black tie. I try to cover up my tattoos as best I could, but with little success.
"Nathan Reed?"
I stand up, and walk into the office. "Take a seat Nathan."
I sit down shaking lightly, I've never been so nervous in my life.
