*Ethan's P.O.V*
I was sitting on my Xbox playing 'Rocket league' because it was (Y/N) favorite game. And during playing this JJ came in and said "Someone is at the door for you." Naturally I thought it was my mum or something but when I got the the front door I saw a officers uniform from the Army but I wasn't gonna think what I though. But my thoughts pushed all through my head.

When I got to the front door the officer said "Mr.Payne?" so I replied with a weak sounding "yes." He looked me straight in the eye and said "I regret to inform you that (Y/N) has been shot in combat." At this point the rest of the Sidemen were behind me all listening. "Is she alive?" I asked with a crack in my voice. "Fortunately she is and awake but she is losing blood and we need a doner. But we need someone with the same blood time which is A+ and luckily she was in combat with someone called SGT. Burrows and he has given her nearly all of blood and he knew he was going to die. You are lucky he was there and helped you out here." A tear was in my eye but I had mixed emotions but it was mainly worry but I was happy that she was alive. I thanked him for informing me and he told me I couldn't see her until she came home which really kicked my heart.

*(Y/N) P.O.V*
All I do now is lay in this bed looking at all of the different casualties that come in here and all of them have before me. But if I am not doing that then I am looking at the photos of me and Ethan and crying everytime I see him. I was really annoyed that he couldn't visit me because I really want to see him.

I was really bored and was just staring into the distance when and officer came up to me and said "You are aloud to leave in 2 weeks time and go home. You can become an officer or you can quit being in the army altogether but you are aloud to keep your uniform if you want." I was so happy that I knew that when I get home I will surprise Ethan massively. It because I told them not to tell him when I was coming home.
