Thalia

"Thalia! Thalia!" I hear my brother whisper shout waking me up.

"W-what is it Jason?" I asked startled looking around the Forrest woods of Washington, Seattle. My brother Jason and I, have been camping out here for quite some time. But before I go any further let me introduce ourselves. We are Thalia and Jason Grace and we're on the run. You'll find out why soon enough.

"Jason what's wrong?" I asked again fully awake. My brother was 15 and was quite handsome for someone his age. He had an athletic build, short blond hair with bangs covering the top part of his intense blue eyes with gold iris.

"It's the hunters of Artemis. I think they found us because I spotted a few of them not far from here." He explained. Causing me to jump to my feet and start gathering necessary things to pack.

"Jason get your stuff together and pack what we need for the travel." I ordered.

The reason why we're running is because my brother and I can't allow the Olympians to capture us or it will mean death for us both. You see we're Demi-titans. No not demigods like you've probably read about in history class, but Demi-Titans. Meaning half mortal half Titan on our fathers side of the family, and our dad just happens to be the King of the Titans Kronos. Don't ask me how but he was somehow able to get my mother pregnant, while still being tiny chopped up pieces.

Sadly we can't stay with our mom thanks to our brother. Senior el dick head on Olympus. Apparently their was a prophecy about our birth. Zeus being the almighty king that he is overreacted, and in hopes of killing us send lighting down on our home block killing innocent people including our mother. We only lived because I toke Jason to the park to play. Sense then we've been on the run, learning how to fight, and use our powers. But of late the hunters have been picking up our trail. We're running out of places to hide, there's Mount Orthys but the palace is under the gods watchful eyes right now. Then there's the underworld but I refuse to go there because of Hades and our father will be close by. Let's not forget the two half-blood camps, where the children of the gods go and train. Jason and I have talked about going to one of them, you know to hide in plane site, but that's only for a last resort.

"You ready yet? We gotta move." I rushed.

"Yea I'm all set." Jason said slinging on his bag before we take off toward the Oregon border. "How do they keep finding us?" He goes on asking.

"I have no idea. Once we make it to Oregon we'll lay low at the safe house."

"Aw come on Thals, not that crappy old wear house again."

"No complaints Jason. If we don't want the gods to find us, and a place to sleep you'll shut up and deal with it."

"Thalia maybe we should consider going to camp." Jason suggested.

"No." I immediately answered. "We've talked about this Jason. Going to camp is a last resort." I said coming to a stop at a river.

"I know camp is the last place you want to go, but with the hunt constantly finding us we have no choice. Unless you want to sallow your pride and ask father for..." He trails off looking to his left.

"I sense them too." Looking in the same direction. Some of the hunters have found us, thankfully it was just the scouting party. Rest of them must be at their camp awaiting word, which means we most deal with them quickly.

"Ready?" Drawing my golden bow which was a gift from our uncle Hyperon, Jason his sword that could transform into a lance from Iapetus.

"Do you even have to ask." Jason says with a smirk, his body shacking in anticipation. As much as we tired to stay hidden we loved combat. Individually we were great but together we're unbeatable.

We didn't have to wait to long for the hunters to show. There were was a total of ten, all wearing silver jackets with hoods and bows drawn pointed at us.

"Drop your weapons and come with us. Our mistress has questions for you." The lead hunter spoke.

"Mistress? What are you sex slaves." Jason remarks with a smug look.

"Watch what you say filth. Or you'll regret it." The hunter hiss and to prove her point all the Hunters aimed at him.

"I don't take to kindly against people who threaten my brother." Aiming at the leader pulling back the string making a arrow appear.

"Where did you get a bow like that? Only gods can gift mortals with powerful weapons."

"None of your business where I got it. I'm only going to warn you once. Walk away right now and you won't get hurt." I warned causing the leader to raise her eyebrow in amusement, and the rest to chuckle.

"Two of you? Against the ten of us? You must be crazy."

"No we're just really good." Jason said arrogantly. "You'll all be unconscious before you even notch another arrow."

"I've had enough of your arrogance. Change of plans sisters. Kill the male we only need one." The leader said giving the signal to fire.

In that very instant time slowed down. I could see every arrow headed our way . I looked over at Jason to see his eyes completely gold like mine. Whenever it came to militating time to such a scale like this, like slow time down, stopping it, or speeding it up. Our eyes would turn gold. We had all the time in the world. Shit we could even leave right now if we wanted.

"So what do you want to do? Teach them a lesson, or just head on to Oregon?"

"They just tired to kill you Jason what do you think?"

"I think you two have a lot of explaining to do." Says another voice from behind.

Turning around we saw a twelve year old girl with auburn hair with streaks of silver.

"Shit." We hissed.

"Now who are you two?"

We were being questioned by Artemis after being brought back to her personal tent in camp, which I found strange being she's the Olympians lap dog.

"I'll ask once again. Who are you?"

"You know it's considered good manners if you introduce yourself first." I said getting elbowed in the ribs.

"Thalia please don't piss off the goddess that's known for turning people into jackals."

"I don't see why we should tell her. She's just going to take us to Olympus."

"I could have taken you to my father but didn't, for two reasons. First reason is that you didn't kill my hunters. Second is because I sense Titan blood in you both, having a mother that's a Titan I'll hear you out first." She explained. "So are you going to tell me who you are? Or am I taking you to my father?"
