Chapter 2~Morning

Lucy awoke in her usual bed with a smile. She greated her Ravenclaw housemates as they sat at their table. While eating her breakfast she could've sworn Levy and Gajeel made eye contact for a split second.

Lucy wiggled her eyebrows, jokingly at her close friend, who flushed a deep shade of pink. "I-I was just..." the blue wizards trailed off before being saved by their owls arriving.

Lucy's owl was tiny, with snow white feathers and an orange tipped beak, named Plue after her favourite horoscope.

Levy's was a large, black owl with a metalic-grey beak named Gale. Both owls landed gracefully in front of their owners.

Lucy quickly grabbed the letters from Plue, already knowing one of them was a scolding from her father. Honestly, she always got into so much trouble that Jude Heartfilia didn't even bother sending howlers anymore.

She sighed when she, as expected, saw the name of her father on one of the letters. She placed it aside and decided to read it later even though they were all the same. A warning to improve her behavior and choose better friends and a threat about not coming home for christmas if her attitude continues.

Natsu would also recieved a scolding letter from his mother and father, Igneel and Grandenie Dragneel. Although, his seemed more like a congratulations.

Erza recieved a small one from her muggle orphanage, considering they didn't care how much trouble she got into. In fact she sometimes wondered if they even listened to what she had done.

Gray did get a scolding, but unlike the others, this one was through a howler.
"GRAY FULLBUSTER! WHAT IN THE NAME OF MAGIC HAVE YOU DONE THIS TIME?!" The letter screamed, silencing the whole dining room.

Then there was a lound laugh of Gray's brother, Lyon. This was followed by two loud chuckles from Erza and Natsu. Levy and Lucy started to giggle. Some of the teachers shuddered, remembering the loud ice magic user, Ur Fullbuster, from her younger years as a wizard student at Hogwarts. Soon enough the whole room was filled with laughter as the howler raged on and with every word, Gray would turn even redder. Suddenly the whole room went silent as they noticed a very sad looking Headmistress.

"I'm sorry children but it seems you all will have to take a small school holiday while we- while we sort something out with the Ministry of Magic Council," she paused as the school hall echoed murmors from the students ",You must pack your things and be ready immediately. The train will be here in two hours time and your guardians have already received notice of your return, good day children" She then slowly left the room.

Everyone was shocked and confused by the sudden news but headed towards their common rooms with hesitation. Hogwarts must be in serious trouble to evacuate the students so suddenly.

Seeing his best friend panicking, Natsu made his way over to Lucy to calm her down. It was working until Sting Euecliffe, a Slitherin, hissed at her "I think it was a murder. Probably a mudblood's like that thing with a giant snake a few years ago. I hope they succeed this time, be nice to have a school full of pure wizards, I can pucture it now! No Scarlet," Erza's face fell ",No Strauss'," The Strauss siblings glared ",An' no Heartfilia!"
