Religion

This is probably going to be where I alienate everyone who has been following me up to this point, but some shit just needs to be said and put on the record. Islam is not a religion of peace as it states it is. Either is Christianity. Pretty sure the only religion that can be considered peaceful is Buddhism. Seriously, name every terrorist attack that was perpetuated by Buddhist extremists in the past fifty years. Done? Alright, now name every terrorist attack caused by Islamic extremists in the past twenty alone. I guarantee you one list is significantly more dense than the other. The reason I'm writing this chapter in particular is because of the Orlando shooting that just happened a couple days ago, which was caused by a radical Muslim extremist who sympathized with ISIS, and reportedly shouted "Allah Akbar" while opening fire on the patrons of the club. It's a fucking atrocity that this happened, and it's also scary as hell. I can't go over the subject much due to not knowing much at the moment, but I'm going to put a link to a video by The Amazing Atheist at the end of this chapter that goes over it a bit and explains some of what I'm trying to say better than I can.
Something that pisses me off more than anything is the fact that a ton of Social Media sites have banned many users who speak out against Islam and are critical of it's beliefs. That's bullshit. If someone puts a post that is flagrant racism, then I could possibly understand, but to ban someone for as benign a comment as "We should do something about all the Muslim extremists in this country" is fucking bullshit. Back to the whole argument about Islam being a religion of peace, I call bullshit yet again! There are numerous passages from the Quran that blatantly state that non-believers will 1.Have their heads struck from their shoulders 2.Be converted or killed. If that's not enough, 3. Here is a direct, unbastardized translation of a line of the Quran which states, and I quote, [Quran 4:76] "Those who believe will fight in the cause of Allah" This line alone excuses violence caused on behalf of a magical bearded desert ghost, who can never be drawn because his followers will fucking murder you, who talked to another magical invisible man in the sky who is apparently a fucking sociopath given the brutality of Shariah Law (The religious laws used in the Middle East.). Let's level here, two guys who made it to the end of this book and are probably going to call me a racist. We need to stop protecting Islam from criticism, and every other religion for that matter. There's fucked up shit you can find in every religion out there, thing is a lot of those fucked up things are considered illegal to do now. The Bible condones fucking slavery and stoning people to death (and fuck, are there a lot of things that could get you stoned to death in that book), and so does the Quran. Difference is, purist Christian countries don't still fucking stone gays to death or behead people for religious crimes, Purist Islamic countries do. So to all you SJWs, Feminazis and White Knights out there waiting to tear me apart, fucking come at me. I don't give a shit anymore. It's not fringe groups of radicals with a good central group we're dealing with here people, it's the exact fucking opposite. It's a horrible, radical center with a fringe of stand up, decent human beings who want actually are peaceful. I feel horrible having to type that out, but it seems more and more each day to be the truth. Until next rant, I'm out.
