Hey everyone!! So first of all, I want to be all lovey-dovey and thank you all for all of the support you've given me on Becoming a Family and The Chase Jackson Diaries! Every day when I come on Wattpad and see how I have more reads, comments, and votes than the day before; it makes me beam with joy. To many writers, it would seem like nothing but it means the world to me and I love each and every single one of you! Writing is seriously my life, and it is how I express my emotions. You guys are amazing :). I'm sorry for the abnormal wait for an update, but I had a surge of ideas for Vampire's Poison, and was on a bit of a writers block for The Chase Jackson Diaries!! But, now I can proudly say that I have many ideas for all of my stories.
Second of all, I would really appreciate it if you went and checked out my new book Finding me, it would mean the world to me! The first chapter will be coming out soon. Love you all! Also, I have gotten more personal messages from some fans lately, and it means the absolute world to me! I love reading and responding to them!!!
Also I'm sorry for the short update, but I thought I owed you something. Percy and Annabeth's one year anniversary is coming up soon and I have many marvelous ideas for that chapter!!
Here's your chapter!
Was this really happening? Was Melody really alread 2 months and 2 weeks old already? Every week that went by, I became more bewildered by everything she managed to learn, and this past week I had been astounded. She always grinned at me in the mornings, and I sometimes got giggles as well. Melody was so beautiful, and I loved her with all of my heart. She was also starting to support her head- which was amazing.
Today it was colder in New York, and Melody was wearing a black onesie, that had a thin lining of hot pink. In capitol letters, the onesie said 'I'm the cutest niece!' I had recieved it a little earlier from Bobby, and it was adorable! I had put a pink sweater over it to shield her from the cool weather, and she had a pair of matching pink pants on. Was it even neccasary to describe how cute she looked!
At the moment, Percy and I were watching her on our bed, as she sat in her rock and play, and we were looking at available houses online. Yes, Percy and I were hoping to move sometime soon. We loved our home, but we really needed some more space. Our house was only one story, and although it had three bedrooms it was still a little cramped, and not very spacious. Especially, if we wanted more children. So far, I hadn't found anything that looked like "the one" and I was starting to lose hope, nothing really spoke to me.
Percy was looking on his laptop, while I looked on mine. Melody was on the floor below us in her rock and play, she was entertained with a rattle that she was moving occasionally.
"Are you having fun?" I cooed at her and then looked over to Percy and sighed, "I don't see anything." I said dully.
Percy moved closer to me, and removed my laptop from my lap, and then sliding his laptop ontop of me. "I really like this one." he said and I saw the beach house that was way out of our price range.
I decided to go through the slide-show though, the house was huge. And, it was perfect. It was large with six bedrooms and a lot of space for more children, and it said it was located in a family-friendly neighborhood. The only problem, was that it was quite expensive. I calculated our mortgage payment, and it would be 3,000 dollars per month, we could not afford that.
"We can't afford it," I said gloomily and then tried to cheer up, "but it is really beautiful."
"But what if we could?" Percy asked.
"What do you mean?" I asked, confused. "We can't."
He smiled, and I knew he was up to something. "Annabeth we can afford this." he said, "I got a pay raise at work."
"Oh my gods Percy!" I exclaimed, "why didn't you tell me? That's amazing, are you sure you want to do this?"
"I'm positive." He answered firmly, "I want to do the best thing for our family."
"This is amazing-" I gasped. "I don't know what to say."
"Then don't say anything," He said and his lips lightly brushed my ear. "I love you Annabeth, and I am willing to do everything and anything for you."
"What do we do next?" I asked and squeezed his hand as I looked down at Melody. "Schedule a tour of the home?"
"I guess so." Percy said and our journey to moving had begun.

3 days later, Percy and I were about to get in the car to leave for the open house we had scheduled. I was hoping this house would be everything we hoped it would be, and that we would be able to move in soon. Melody was in a teal short sleeved onesie that said "daddy's girl" and she looked adorable. I placed Melody gently in her carseat, and got in the passenger's side of the car, as Percy hopped into the drivers seat. We slowly backed out of the car and I began to feel jittery and nervous. What if we couldn't get the house?
But I eventually eased all of the thoughts out of my mind and focused on the happier thoughts. Percy and I had almost been married for a year-- our wedding anniversary was next week! I couldn't believe that we had been married for this long, and couldn't believe all of the great things that had happened in that short time period. I couldn't believe how much my life had changed, and I wouldn't change a single thing.
We soon arrived outside of the beautiful house, that I wanted to call our own and unloaded out of the car. The lovelt home was even more beautiful in person, if that was possible. It's lush green grass, the large space that it took up, and the marvelous stone walls. This immediatly felt like home-- I wanted it to be the place that we called home. This would one day be the place that we called home, I knew it.
We walked inside, passing up the curving driveway and knocked on the door- Melody was tucked into the moby wrap, pressing against my chest. When the woman came and got the door we smiled and I immedialty was thrilled to meet her.
"Hi," I said. "I'm Annabeth and this is my husband Percy, and my daughter Melody. We were looking into this house."
"Hi," the woman said graciously. "My name is Janet, come in."
"Thank you." Percy said as we walked inside and Janet shut the door behind us. I immediatly was in awe of my beautiful surroundings, the home was unfurnished- but it's beauty was unmistakeable. The wooden floors were fabulous, and the starcase in front of us looked grand, the house was spacious and I immediatly wanted it. The walls around us, opened into other rooms and it was perfect, the best house I had ever stepped foot in.
"Wow." I gasped, "It's beautiful."
"I've got to say." Janet said and smiled, "it is one of the finest homes on the market, especially for families."
"What do you think?" I asked Percy softly, hoping he would agree that this was the house for us.
"I think it's wonderful." He said, "this is where we belong."
"Really?" I asked softly, and he nodded. This is it, if everything worked out alright; this would be our new home.

Hey everyone! First of all, let me apologize deeply for the long wait on an update! I never meant to make you wait this long, but I've been very busy lately and I'm very sorry for this! I also am writing three books, and it's a little hard to balance. I also have A LOT of homework, and that has to come first. But don't get me wrong, even if I don't update every day I do write everyday and I do not plan on leaving Wattpad for a while. I love writing for all of you, and everyday I love coming on Wattpad, it's one of my favortie parts of the day!!
Also, I know my chapter's won't always be super long, but I try my best and I hope that you enjoy reading them. The next chapter, will be as long as I can make it, and I hope it will be very exciting because it is Annabeth and Percy's one year wedding anniversary!
That's all for now and I hope you enjoyed this chapter. Comment "I'm totes Team Damon!" If you read all of this!!! :).
