Its been three days since Richard was sent to the hospital. Nobody in their company knows about it except for Daniel. He's been doing all his work and stayed up all night just to finish all of the papers na iniwan ni Richard.

Daniel was restless, Richard is still resting.

Sa umaga, subsob sya sa trabaho at pag-dating naman ng gabi, sya ang nagbabantay kay Richard. He's been like that until now. Daniel's eyes shows his restlessness and the old man, Richard's father, can't help but to worry sa nakikita nya. Nagpumilit si Daniel na sya na ang magbabantay kay Richard sa gabi kaya wala syang nagawa, and this time, Daniel was the one who have to rest.

"Kaya mo pa?" the old man ask Daniel.

"What do you mean sir?"

"What I mean is, magpahinga kana muna, I'll be with him hanggang gabi. You don't have to switch duty with me."

"I-I'm perfectly fine Sir. I just......"

"No you're not fine. Pero kung mapilit ka, dalawa nalang tayong magbantay. Para mabantayan narin kita. You seem so restless. You've been doing all his work at day and by night....you're here, nagbabantay. How sure you are that you're alright? And besides, you don't have to do this---"

"I HAD to this. So don't worry about me. I'm perfectly fine." Daniel said as he give his sweetest smile to the old man.

"Alright, you got me. Salamat sa lahat, Quen." at agad na pumasok ang matanda sa loob ng kwarto ni Richard.

Isinandal naman ni Daniel ang kanyang ulo sa pader as his eyes felt heavier and heavier until he fall asleep.

Nagising si Daniel nang may ingay syang narinig sa loob ng kwarto.

"You're in the hospital, masyadong madami yung nainom mo. You've been here for almost three days" paliwanag ng Dad nya.

"Wait-- What?! Three days?! Wait, how do I get here? Sinong nagdala sakin dito? Pano na yung trabaho ko?" bulalas ni Richard.

"Don't worry, someone say's he would do all your work hanggang wala ka pa."

"Sino daw po?"

"I think it's Quen?"

"Ah--yeah." Daniel felt disappointment on Richard's voice.

He know that Richard expected it to be him (when it's actually him) but it turn out to be another person.

Daniel stood up from the chair fix himself and get out of the hospital.

Now that Richard's finally wake up, it's time for him to go. His role is now over. He's gonna be ok without him.

Wala na syang dapat pang gawin.

Dahil alam nyang as long as nasa paligid sya ni Richard, lalo lang gugulo ang buhay nito.

He had to disappear.

Para sa ikabubuti ng lahat.
