"Kristen Martins",Ms Mary called out my name for the umpteenth time that afternoon. I groaned,louder this time making the whole class burst into laughter. It was official,English was my worst subject,I couldn't help but sleep during class.
My eyes shot open when I noticed Ms Mary standing by my locker. I rubbed my eyes trying to stay awake. "Okay class,now for your holiday assignment I want you to right a 600 paged essay about.......kriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinngg!!!!,the bell suddenly rang. We didn't wait for Ms Mary to finish her statement. Lockers banged as everyone struggled for the door.
She stood there looking at us obviously shocked at our behaviour. I almost felt pity for her but quickly pushed away the thought. This is what I had been waiting for the entire school year,and what could make it even better than to spend it at camp awesome,the greatest summer camp in all of Australia. I still couldn't believe I was going. You know the kinds of camps you only watch in television or read in books, this was exactly or maybe even better than those.
I quickly gathered my backpack and headed towards the door........CAMP AWESOME HERE I COME!!!!🎧
