Chapter 16

Lydia's pov

I wake up to absolute silence. Well that's kind of odd normal you would hear the kids and people talking in the kitchen while having breakfast.

I got up had a shower and got dressed ready to see what is happening. I hope nothing bad is happening. 'Dont worry Lydia I'm always here' I smile knowing Chole is always with me.

I go down the big hall way and notice no one in the hall way to. I reach the stair and go down the stairs slowly while ready for something or someone to come at me.

As I made my way down the stairs I saw no one in the kitchen or the living or dining room. I check the whole pack house till I decided to go outside.

'Im scared Chole what if something bad happened' I slowly walk towards the door. 'Nothing bad will happen.' With that I stepped outside the the pack house.

When I only took two steps I see a figure behind the tree. "Come out whoever you are I can see you." Being very scared I forget how to use my wolf senses.

The figure starts to slowly come out and I notice it is Tory with blood all over him. "Lydia." Is all he says then falls to the floor.

My eyes widened seeing my mate hurt. I run toward him and kneel down "Tory are you okay? What happened?" He lifts one of his hands and put it on my cheeks.

Feeling the sparks with his touch. "Please forgive me for this." Before I can register anything else Tory move his other hand from his back revealing a gun.

He pointed it straight towards me. That's when I realise the blood on him was tomato sauce and the gun was a water gun.

"Don't you dare do this Tory." I started stepping back slowly but then realise I was surrounded by everyone. Some had water balloons and some had water guns.

"Now" Tory screams and gets into action. He was the first one to hit me with water then everyone followed.

Before I knew it I was soaking wet. "Omg you didn't just plan this all you know how worried I was when I saw no one then saw blood on you well tomato sauce."

He just laughed. For the first time I heard him laugh and it sounded so great. "I'm sorry sweetie it was just for fun." I saw Liam behind Tory with a bucket.

He motioned me to close in on him. I stepped towards Tory with a smile on my face. "Well Tory I gotta hand it to you this was pretty good." I started circling him so I can get to Liam.

Tory being Tory stood his ground and didn't move. "But like they all say payback is a bitch." Before he knew it I got the bucket and poured it in top of him noticing that the water also had ice in it to make it cold.

He turned around to see me and Liam laughing. "Sorry Alpha I'm on both side but mostly Lydia's." Tory smirks and picks up his water gun.

"Oh it's so on." As soon as he said that I ran off going to my room and locked it. "Come on Lydia this is no fun if you look yourself in the room."

I can hear his playfulness in his voice and I just laughed. "Sorry Tory I'm just to hungry to play and want breakfast and want to change."

I started walking towards the bathroom when I heard him say. "As you wish princess."

Tory's pov

'Thank you for all your guys help I really appreciate it.' I say through the mind link and hear you welcome from everyone.

Liam walks over to me and gives me a bro hug. "That was great. She will be all over you in no time." I laugh while walking to the kitchen none of us had breakfast.

"I hope so." With that we sat down. As we were about to eat we saw Lydia come to eat. Lydia saw me and smile as walked towards me.

She sat next to me and I was shocked. "You know Tory you aren't bad I think I might give you a chance. I Lydia price take my rejection back."

I was so shocked at her words and was no expecting it and noticed everyone looking at me. "Close you mouth before a flys goes in buddy." Liam say and started to eat

"Are you serious?" I ask her and she just nods as she starts to eat. I give her a hug and start to eat as well.

This day can't get any better or can it?

Unknown pov

Everything is going as play Lydia and Tory are getting along and she trusts me. I just need to give this potion to Lydia and take her to the boss.

I call the boss and wait for him to pick up. "Yes." I roll my eyes at the minimal respect he has for us. "Boss I will bring Lydia to you by tonight or tomorrow."

"Good." Is all I heard before he hang up. "Great no respect at all but all that matters is the money I get for this." I heard foot steps coming to where I was and quickly hid behind the door.

I see Tory walk pass as he is to busy talking on his phone. I quickly get out of there and decide to plan on how to get Lydia out of here.
