One thing nobody knew about me, except my ex- best friend, is that I'm very competitive. If someone calls me chicken or tells me I'm afraid to loose, I have to play them. Its in my nature. I'm not very big on sports, but this guy is going to get his ass kicked.

"Okay, lets start" I said. I raised my hand for the ball.

"I'm starting" He said defensively.

"Ladies first" I said cockily, and smiled.

"Whatever" I noticed him roll his eyes.

He bounced the ball of the ground, and it went perfectly into my hands. I walked to the center of the court and started dribbling the ball. I dribbled it right around him, took the shot and it bounced off the rim. "Damn" I said to myself.

"Not bad." He said. "For a girl."

Of course he would make that comment. Girls can be just as good as boys at sports, it's not that hard to believe. Sheesh.

He dribbled up the court, and made it passed me. Damn, he runs fast. He took the shot, and it went perfectly through the net. Swoosh.

"Nothing but net" He smiled. 'I'm talented at everything, don't be surprised if I crush you." He turned around and passed me the ball.

The game went on the same as this. Him getting baskets, one after the other. Him blocking my shots and him running passed me with the ball. I did underestimate him. He did have an advantage, he was taller and faster. He can block me easier and run right by me. I had a dress on too. Ugh, so unfair.

He shot and scored the winning basket.

"How do you like them moves, babe" He said and smiled. "I crushed you like a bug"

"Ugh, whatever, you're so much taller, clearly an unfair game"

"I'm just too good. At least you got the privilege of hanging out with the greatest person you know."

"Oh, yeah sure." I said sarcastically.

"I got to get going, hot girls are coming over to my house.Wanna come." He winked

"No. I'm not a slut."

"No fun."

"Whatever, I'm leaving now."

"Give me a little kiss before you go babe, or maybe we can go to my house, and I'll inroduce you to my bed."

I just rolled my eyes and made my way back through the path that lead me home. Why does he have to be so full fo himself. He gets on my nerves.

I opened the door to my house ran up the stairs and jumped down onto my bed. I pulled out my journal from under my pillow, and wrote about my day. Like usual.

I talked about how Keegan destroyed me in basketball, and how much I disliked him.

BEEP.

Strange, my phone just made a noise. I quickly checked it, and surprised I seen a Facebook friend request, from the one and only Keegan.

Decline.

I threw my phone to the side of me and continued writing about my day. Like reading, writing was one of my passions. Its my way of escaping from reality and creating my own perfect world in a book.

After I was done writing about my day, it was about 10pm. So i decided to get some shut eye.

---

Sunday was rainy, so I spent the day at home. The weekend flew by so fast. Before I knew it I was waking up Monday morning for school. The place I dread going to everyday.

I had the same daily morning routine, eating cheerios and putting my clothes on. Today I decided to brush out my hair a little, so it didn't get too knotty.

I made my way down the stairs and started walking to school. Just ahead of me I seen Keegan with two girls, whom I used to be friends with. Another pair of sluts. Amanda and Jessica, Tiffany's two little slaves. Keegan was standing in the middle, with his hands on both girls asses. What a player.

---

English was first today. Great. When I entered the class Keegan was already there.

"Hey babe." I took my seat next to him, ignoring his greeting.

"So, babe. How was your weekend?"

"Boring."

"Well, Saturday couldn't have been boring since you were with me,"

"Well, obviously" I said sarcastically.

"My weekend was great, Saturday night, Amanda and Jessica slept over. We had a pretty good time if you know what I mean."

"I don't care. Leave me alone."

"Sounds like someones jealous."

"No. I just don't want to hear about how you're playing those poor girls. Girls aren't your toys, you can't just use them and throw them away, we have feelings too you know."

"Trust me, if those girls got one night with me, they're lucky enough."

"Whatever."

"One day, you'll be that luky girl."

"Hopefully not."

"Keep quiet back there!" Shouted Miss Peters.

"Thanks a lot, you're getting me in trouble. Just sit there and be quiet." I said angirly

"Alright class, we are going to be doing an English presentation on poems, you must each find a partner and write a small book of poems with your partner," Said Miss Peters.

"You will be working with the person next to you."

My heart sank. No way, No how. I cannot be working with this imbecile. I cannot spend anymore time then I have to with him. Why me. Keegan turned to me and whispered into my ear.

"Looks like its your lucky day."
