Weeks went by, faster and faster they seemed to go. I soon realized that I was finally 18. The day had come! I was ecstatic because I knew that I was finally an adult. I couldn't drink and I never had the urge to smoke, but I was able to make my own choices. I was no longer viewed as a little girl anymore. I told Reagan that we must celebrate with a picnic in the backyard, which was the forest in this case. He agreed to my simple request and we headed on our way.

We hiked for a half hour, trying to find a good spot to lay out our blanket. We finally found an area. It was on a steep cliff that overlooked the city. You could see past the tall, snow-covered trees that seemed to be in a constant race to see who could touch the sky first. The sky was bluer than the ocean which made the ground sparkle. It was beautiful. I have never heard of a winter picnic, which is why I did it; it was something new. After we ate our lunch and sipped some hot cocoa, I walked along the edge of the cliff. The wind roared through my dark hair that was even longer now than it ever has been. My eyes closed shut and I lifted my arms out to my sides. I felt as if I was flying. It felt as if I was running again, but this time it was even better.

"Be careful," Will smiled. Just then, I was about to turn around to throw him a big kiss but something stopped me. It felt as if I was being pulled down really hard and the wind grew harsh, I looked down for a split second and *BLACKOUT*. My head hit the hard stones beneath the cliff.

I woke up. Everything around me was white. I was in a white gown with white fuzzy socks. The world was blurry; it took me a while to regain focus. I looked around the room. Will was sitting in a chair right next to the bed I was in. He looked like he was withering away, bit by bit. He had dark circles around his eyes. He was holding Annie's hand as she slept in her car seat. I reached out to grab his hand. He woke up from a deep sleep. It was probably the first wink he had in days.

"Baby?! My baby girl! You're awake! I never thought I would be able to see you again! Luna, my angel," he cried. We sat there in tears. He couldn't stop kissing my hand and all my fingers. I could not move; I was in too much pain, but he made an effort. He stopped crying and looked up at me and smiled. "I have some news for you," he whispered. " When you fell off that cliff, both of you nearly died. You laid here for 2 weeks, peacefully sleeping. I came in and out as the doctors ran tests and poked you with needles. I never left this hospital."

"Both of us? What do you mean?" I asked confused. Who else fell?

"Our baby boy. You're pregnant Stella," he smiled, "We are going to be parents!"

We are parents? I couldn't believe what I heard; I asked once more to make sure I had heard him right and yes. We were having a baby. I was scared, but I was more excited than anything!

" I'm going to be a mommy!" I happily cried.

"Yes, and that is why I wanted to ask you something?" he said softly, "Will you marry me, Angel? My Stella? Luna baby?" I gasped in disbelief. Was all this really happening? I looked at him real good and then I smiled.

"Yes!"
