A/n Thanks for reading, nothing is finalized about the SEQUAL it's all still in the air, even the name of the book. I'm going to try to get at least 3 updates this week. Hopefully that works out, if not I really did try but I have a lot on my plate, I have to learn 15 songs for marching band in 3-4 WEEKS I had completely forgotten about it and now it's crunch time so I'm sorry if I don't get all three done.

---------
After I had calmed down and stuff I promised myself I wouldn't cry again. At least not for a long time.

I'm sick of feeling so tied up in life. I'm going to do something.
I'm going to win this champion ship game!

Gage knocks on my door and I open it to give him a hug.

"Thanks again." I say, I know I've had crushes on a lot of boys. I'm taking a break from them and stepping back I guess. Foot ball is my number one at least until we win the game. I hope we win the game.

"No problem" he says and hugs me again.

" I'll meet you in the gym, just let me change and get us some snacks and water." I say.

I change into a black sports bra and a pair of  green shorts. Grabbing my phone I leave the room and walk to the kitchen.  I grab 4 apples and 2 bananas, also grabbing 6 water bottles.

I get lost trying to find the work out room
/gym and I  have to call tom to help me get there. Some how I wound up at the garage.

I get to the gym 3 minutes later. I open the doors and walk in, carrying the bag full of everything, after I thank tom for helping me get to the gym.

I set the stuff down, walk over to the middle of the room and start to play music on Spotify. The first song the plays is One Dance by Drake.

"Let's start"

We start with crunches and then go to sit ups, after that we plank for 3 minutes. I chug  down a bottle of water. And then look at him see what's next. We do and added plank where you continuously go from your fore arms to your hands. Then we do squats. The doctor said absolutely NO squats but I do them anyway. To be fair I've done a lot that was frowned upon, like joining the football team in the first place!

Then we take another break because my knee starts to hurt. I drink another bottle of water and eat an apple to make sure I have enough to continue working out.

After Gage is ready we head out side and start to run we run for an hour and when we get back its was about 8 miles. I drink another water bottle and eat a banana. We head out side and make off a certain amount of space. Gage runs to the far side an back and then I do. We do this for about 30 minutes until I'm too tired.

I sit down and look up towards Gage.

"Thanks so much I can't thank you enough." I say and smile showing my teeth.

"No problem, I have to work tomorrow so I can help you with drills and stuff like that." Cool.

"Today's Saturday, right?"

"Yup."

"Cool.perfect. Thanks so much, take anything you want from that bag, I have to go, I'll see you later!"

I run into my room and see that angel is sleeping on the small couch in my room and Ariel is asleep on my bed.

I shower and change into new clothes, that are clean and comfy. Looking at the clock I see it's now 10:00. I lay next to Ariel and go to sleep with her snuggled up in my arms.

*Next morning*

"Wake up" I whisper in Ariels ear.

She doesn't move.

"Wake up." I say a little louder. Her nose twitches but she still doesn't wake up.

I pick her up and give her a hug. "Wake up" I say in a sing- song voice.

Ariel lifts her head up and looks at me

"Pancakes" Ariel dead pans.

"What?" I ask, not really understanding why she says just pancakes, does she see some, if so where? Does she want some, if so great idea.

" I want pancakes, please." Ariel clears up.

"Sounds like a great idea" I look over to see Angel awake and smiling at me.

I smile back at angel.

"Hey, Delilah, I'm gonna leave in 30 minutes to get breakfast with Brent. Can I take a shower and get ready here?"

"Of course, I'll see you at the game on Thursday?"

"You bet."

I smile and carry Ariel ink the kitchen on my shoulders. When we get then I get out everything we need.

I set angel on top of the counter and I wash my hands. I grab a mixing bowl, a spoon, and measuring cups.

I get the batter ready and place the pancakes on the stove. One of the pancakes breaks and I throw it to the dog that I didn't know they had. It's a German Shepard, husky mix, I think.

I get out a plate and place the first finished batch onto it.

30 minutes later*

I finish making the pancakes and make 4 plates, one for Ariels mom, one for dad, one of Ariel, and one for me.

I clean up everything I used and wipe up the flour that spilt onto the counter in the shape of a Crescent moon.

I walk into the kitchen with all the plates, a fork on each, the butter, and the maple syrup.

I set everything down on the table careful not to drop a single thing. I go back to the kitchen and pick up Ariel form the counter and the extra pancakes for seconds.

I set Ariel into a chair next to the one I will be sitting in and then I get her her food and cut it into smaller pieces, for the little 5 maybe fore year old. I still don't know how old my little cute sister is!

"How old are you?"  I ask Ariel.

"I'm almost five but I'm only this many until June 10th."

She holds up 4 fingers and counts them just to make sure it's the right number.

"That's really cool."  I say.

"Yeah, I wish I was bigger though so the big kids would let me play with them like daddy plays."

"Yeah, me too, it would be nice."
