Chapter 6

"So Red how did you know where we were." I asked.

"Us gingers have to stick together plus I knew this was gonna go south and fast." Red said.

"Alright Abi how can you talk to animals?" Max asked.

"Wait what?" Red asked surprised.

"Well I've always had a good bond with animals but eventually I was able to talk to animals. Turns out I was cursed but to me it's more of a blessing than a curse." I said.

"Wow that's amazing!" Red yelled.

"Yeah but you guys have to keep it a secret no telling anybody." I said.

"My lips are sealed." Max said.

"Same." Red said.

"Good man it feels great to finally tell somebody." I said.

"Yeah you've probably had that on your chest for a long time." Red said.

"Yeah its been hard." I said.

"Alright here you guys go you're home." Red said.

"Wait where are you going stay Red this is Max's car?" I asked.

"Oh I guess I didn't think that through." Red said.

"You can stay with me I have a spare bedroom." I said.

"Sweet." Red said.

"Well if you guys don't mind I'm gonna pass out on my bed good night." I said.

"Same." Max said.

"Sounds like a great idea." Red said.

We all went to our rooms and passed out well except me. Red said he followed Max I should believe that yet it still bothers me. You would think Max would notice that there was a car following him. Wouldn't he notice that it was Red that was following him? Something tells me that I should stay up and not let Red get anywhere near me. Something inside of me screams that I should run or lock the door for the room he's in. Suddenly it hit me Red's car wasn't even in the driveway! Max's was but his was never there!

I had to get out of there and fast! I got up and walked to the door when Skittles meowed at me. I looked at her and gave her a sign that we might be in danger she instantly hissed. Her and I understood each other pretty well. I snuck out of my room and went over to Max's apartment. I pressed the button and instead of Max answering it was Red.

"Yes?" He said cheerfully.

"Dammit Red what did you do?" I asked with anger in my voice.

"I didn't do anything." Red said.

"Bullshit! What did you do to them?" I yelled.

"I just tied them up that's all." Red said.

"Let me in or I'll break in myself!" I yelled.

"You truly are smart smarter than they took you for." Red said.

"Well you gonna let me in or not?" I asked

"Well if you do it my way I will let you in." Red said.

"I will never do anything you ask of me I would rather die!" I yelled.

"Do it or I kill Max." Red said.

"Don't do it Abi!" Max yelled.

"Shut up or I'll kill you now!" Red yelled.

"Do that and I'll kill you Red." I said.

"You're so fiesty I like it adds more of a challenge." Red said.

"I could shot you right now." I said.

"No you couldn't all of your weapons." Red said.

"Not all of them." I said.

"Even you secret ones face it Abigale I've won." Red said.

"Ha you're funny Red but I still have my bow, arrows, and my dagger." I said.

"Ha now you're just laying." Red said.

"Really try me Red because I'm not laying at all." I said.

AN: Sorry I haven't updated in a while I've been up till 4 in the morning being sleepless in Seattle with Skittles. Well not really Seattle I live nowhere near there. Plus I've been uploading on my YouTube channel more. I'm gonna start making these chapters shorter because they've become hard to write. I do 600 words each chapter so it's harder. I shouldn't even be writing this right now I have a hair appointment at 10 in the morning and my alarm is supposed to go off at 8:30. So I'm losing a lot of sleep. I'm gonna try and get sleep now bye.
