Liam's POV:

I am exasperated, mad, my mind is racing against time. I went back to the hotel and I am so very close to call the damn cops. I called Louis in the middle of the night waking him up and I am very much aware. I explain all the shit that happened and all he can say in his worried yet monotone voice:

" Look man she has to be all right! Maybe she just went into Starbucks or something"

"There is no damn Starbucks around here at least not where we were by. All there were are pubs and knowing her she wouldn't ever go into one of those. She hates it when I even drink." I snap but trying to stay calm.

"Listen mate give me a call as soon as she gets back and let me know what happens. I have a massive gut feeling she's all right she is a smart girl, she would never put herself in danger at least no on purpose mate"

"I know" my voice almost breaks as I run my hand over my hair.

" Stay strong man" he assures again.

I pace back and forth but there is nothing else I can do. All up until the nerves got the best of me and I start drinking that bourbon from the bar in our suite. The smell is strong and  taste like a dry oak blend. It stings my throat as I haven't drank anything like that or whiskey in months. Not since I had started dating Darlyn. She had been aware of my constant night outs of drinking myself into a depression when Danielle and I had broken up. She made me promise that I wouldn't drink so much in excess no matter the reasons. She says I shouldn't risk the only good kidney that I have left. And she is right after all but I don't what else to do.

Darlyn's POV:

The car ride is quite quiet and Eric and I refrain from holding a conversation which I was quite glad to be honest. It was kind of awkward though I guess mostly because I knew I was inside the car of a complete stranger that I just barely even met. God I am definitely not thinking straight I need to stop being so impulsive I remind myself. I look out the window looking out at the city lights and I can't help but ponder in everything that has happened within less of our 48 hours of being here.

"Hey" and Eric's voice breaks my thoughts.

"So how come your here in France?" he asks. Oh great! So much for avoiding a conversation. I guess I need to stop my paranoia the least I could so is be grateful he is taking me back to the hotel. And Im not all by myself sobbing somewhere for being such a fool.

"My boyfriend thought it would be a great idea to come here as a graduation present." I answer quite shortly dragging the word boyfriend slowly.
