Bucky Get's His Girl

"Well, what do you think Doc?" Tony shows Jane the lab he is constructing for her. "It's not finished just yet, but with a few more additions, it will look great." Tony walks around and begins pressing buttons, moving digital images in the air and swiping things left and right. Jane is just dumbfounded, the lab is amazing!

"Wow, Mr. Stark! This looks amazing!" Jane skips around the lab in wonderment. "It's only missing a few things, but I can build them myself! So, it won't be a problem." Jane steps back and begins brainstorming.

"Yeah, yeah. Well, get your hands dirty...let's get to work." Tony jabs at her and tosses her a few tools.

"I can't work in this dress...I need my regular clothes from my apartment."

"I already got them, they were transferred here. Oh, this is the famous 'Bucky Jacket' I assume?" Tony holds up a black jacket with some tears on the side for Bucky's arm.

"You found it!" Jane runs in excitement to Tony holding up the jacket. Jane grabs and hugs the jacket close to her body. "Thank you for moving my things here!" Jane throws her arms around Tony in gratitude.

"Wow, this looks great Tony." Steve walks in with Sam and Bucky following him. "Buck! Your room is down this hall, directly across from mine and next to Sam's." It was like best friend corner or something.

"Thanks, Steve." Buck smiled and followed Steve to his new room. "Hey Steve...I need to talk to you."

"What's up, bud?"

"It's about Jane." Bucky pauses, takes a deep breath, and let's out a giant exhale. "I want to be with her...you know...for life."

Steve's jaw drops and forms a gaping, smiling, hole. "You want to marry her, don't you?" Steve pushes Bucky.

Smiling, Bucky looks at Steve, "Yes I do. I want to protect her and keep her safe, and love her for as long as I live." Steve laughs with joy and calls Sam.

"Sam! Come here!" Sam files in quickly.

"What's up, Cap?"

"Bucky wants to get married to Jane!" Steve waits with anticipation to see Sam's reaction.

"SAY WHAT NOW?!" Sam gasps and shuts the door. "Oh my God, you two are perfect!" Sam freaks a little bit.

"Oh man, I know they are! We could have the wedding-" Steve interrupts himself with a thought. "Wait...where are you going to take her to ask her? You need a ring, where are you going to find that? What about your clothes...you need some nice clothes! So much to think about!" Steve was panting on around Sam and Bucky, but since they love him, they let him chat up a storm.

"You're right, you know all the places I used to go to for fun don't necessarily exist anymore. I do need some help." Bucky smiled, letting the decision hang wide open for Steve to suggest something.

"Hey!" Steve has an epiphany. "What about that garden, water boat, dinner thing?" Bucky looks confused...Steve tries so hard to get the name out. "Oh man, I don't remember the name of the place...Sam? Do you know what I'm talking about?"

Sam pauses and racks his brain..."You mean the 'Botanical Garden Bistro?' Yes I know where that place is. It's off of the main road here and...well, why don't we just go now. I can show you and we can make you and Jane reservations." Sam hops from the foot of the bed.

"Thank you, Sam. But I need to find her a ring." Bucky sighs with a bit of frustration. "I want to marry her as soon as I can, Steve. Where the heck am I going to find a ring and have it ready for her in one day?"

"I know who can help us." Steve calls an old friend of his at S.H.I.E.L.D for some help. "Hello, is this the office of Nick Fury?"

"Yes, this is his secretary Julie, state your name and why you're calling, please." The secretary was polite and courteous.
