I let my pen twirl over my fingers while resting my chin on my hand. My thoughts wandered off to the guy I met this morning. He was a piece of shit. Why am I even thinking about him? Get back to your senses, Dina...

I stood up first when the bell rang. Time to go home! After 5 hours of class... I picked my backpack up and walked out of the classroom. I hate highschool. At least it's my last year here.

I hopped on the bus and my eyes followed other cars passing by. Navy blue suit and tie... He had dark brown eyes with dark brown hair. His hair was pushed back and a strand was dangling in front of his eyes. That suit looked really good on him... I woke up from my daydream when the bus stopped at my stop.

"I'm home!" I yelled when I entered my small apartment.

Who am I even talking to? I live on my own... With my cat. Her name is Sissy. Sissy waddled into the hall. Speaking of the devil...

I patted her head while untying my shoelaces. Sissy rubbed her back on my calve and purred.

"I bet you just want a treat!" I snickered and threw my shoes away.

I walked into the kitchen and opened the cupboards. Let me see... Gotcha! I grabbed the box of cat snacks and put some in my hand. I crouched down next to Sissy and watched how she ate all three of them. Then she walked away. What a bitch. Pfft.

I put the box back and walked over to my bedroom. I threw my backpack on my bed and let myself fall on it. Sissy meowed and jumped on my bed. She hid her head in my neck and layed down.

When I'm at school my neigbor takes care of her. I've known Rob for a few years now. He's a friend of my dad and has a copy of my keys. So he feeds Sissy when I'm at the school dormitories.

"Who needs a rich sucker that is extremely attractive when you have a cute cat that likes to cuddle?" I whispered while rubbing my temples.

Sissy meowed back in response. She probably said something like "Let me sleep, human."

i want a cat too, dammit :((
