Pull the Triger

Put it to my head, pull the trigger.
Once for ever, now it lingers.

My blood on your hands,
And now you can hardly stand.

You stare into soul and wonder how,
But now you see it was never there.

Your heart sinks, but for joy you jump.

For your words are more than a bullet to my chest, they are the deadly daggers that tear my skin.

My skin no longer pure but scared.

For your words where the cause of my pain, my scars, my blood spill.

Put it to my head, now pull the trigger.

The blood no longer mine, for I was no longer on my knees but in your head.

Your heart is empty, your vision is black.
You soon realize you aren't coming back.

Your deed was done, now you fly on broken wings to a place you never thought existed.
