The tomboy meets the bad boy

Chapter 10

I stared at my phone in disbelief. Tom was calling me. Tom is a boy I had a crush on through some of middle and high school. We were always really good friends so he said we could just stay that way. It hurt at the time but ever since then there's always been something between us.

"Hello?" I answer as I walk out of the living room. I'd rather everyone not hear my conversation. "Hey it's Tom, Iv missed you." he spoke. "Aw I miss you to Tom. We need to get everyone together and hang out!"

Then the line dropped. "Stupid phone." I muttered as I walked back to the living room.

I was about to sit down until someone knocked on my door. "COMING!" I yelled. Yanking open the door I found a very familiar face.

It was Tom.

TOMS P.O.V

She's gotten so beautiful, not saying she wasn't before but maybe it was just the way she looked at me when she opened the door.

"Well someone looks surprised." I said as I pulled her in for a hug. I could feel her smiling. I step inside to find a very familiar scence. All of her friends over watching something boring on Netflix, except one thing was different. Who in the hell was this guy starring at me?!

"Uh Tom this is Harry, Harry this is Tom." she studdered nervously.

"Okay." the angry looking guy said on the couch. Standing up he says "Now why in the hell were you hugging him?"

"He's just a friend." she said while stepping in front of me.

ADDIE'S P.O.V

Gosh Tom looks great. His black hair shines and his eyes, even tho some people don't like them, are like mine. I miss getting to hug him. I wonder what he's here for because I haven't seen him in around a year.

"He's just a friend." I said as I stepped in front of him.

"Why was he hugging you then?!" Harry asked. More like yelled at me. "What, you don't hug your friends?" all my friends said at the same time. Geesh, I forgot they were here. But I'm glad they are.

"Listen here" grace stood up "Dont yell at her for hugging her friend."

"Yea! Dont be jealous." Elizabeth spoke as she stood in the doorway.

"Ahhhh" we both screamed an hugged each other. She wasn't supposed to be back for a while.

"So back to my point." she started "She's a girl and he has guy friends no back of and stop being such a jealous little nigga."

"Anywayyy I was just here to talk to Addie but I guess I can do that later." Tom said.

He looked right into my eyes and mouthed bye.

"Alright bye now!" Harry yelled and shoved him out of the door.

"Look Addie I'm sorry but I don't want you talking to other guys."
