Linc's p.o.v

I keep looking at the mirrors to make sure no one is following us. Relaxing as I feel Peirce put his hand on my thigh.

" It's ok i will protect you." He said in a whisper so only I can hear him.

" I know but I still feel like I hate myself." I tell him as I put my hand over his so you know I like him. " Because I almost kill my brother also I let my demon out."

" It is ok you were protecting your sister." Rhys cuts in to try and cheer me up.

" From my own brother I almost killed my brother." I whisper yell so we don't wake Zayden up.

" We all almost kill our siblings." Rhys shot back." Also are we almost to the safe house or some thing?"

It was quit from then on. We stop at a gas station because we were running on empty. All three of us get out because Zayden is still out.

" I am going to get some food." I tell both of them then walk to the store.

" I'll come with you." Rhys come up to me and we walk in.

Looking at the food until Rhys asked me the question I don't want to hear.

" When are you going to tell her?" He grabbed a bag of cheesy chips.

" I can't she can't handle it." And that is all I said.

Zayden p.o.v

Waking up to see I am the only one in the car. Opening the door to see Pierce come up to me. He extends his hand to help me out so I take it.

" You good?" He ask me and all I can do is shake my head. " Rhys and Linc are in the store they'll be out in a minute."

" Where is Duke." I ask not remembering what happen before I woke up.

" Well, Linc was going to kill him." He stops then keeps going. " But you stopped him because you used your demon power."

The memory comes back to me. Like a bridge being broken and a flood happened. I finally have my power I can make ice and freeze people.

" I remember now." I tell him hugging him because I know I had to freeze his going to be boyfriends feet. " We need to leave soon because I need to dye my hair."

" Well, sleeping beauty is up. " I hear Linc and Rhys say at the same time.

" Ok nice joke but I call shot gun." And with that I jump in the passenger side.

I turn on the radio and stop changing stations when I hear love the way you lie by Eminem feat Rihanna. As I start singing the beginning rap part Peirce joins in. Once rhianna's part is on so I stop till the rap comes back on. After the song is over I look out the window feeling like a different person from the person I was. Being dragged out of my thoughts to have Rhys voice.

" We are here." He put his hand on my shoulder.

" Ok I am coming." I tell him opening my door and getting out to see a big mansion in front of me. " Why the hell we here I thought a hotel?"

" No you guys are staying at my house for now." Peirce came up to me and picked me up bridal still just having fun with Rhys. So I just play along.
