Eren POV

"MIKASAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!" I screamed as she dropped to the floor.
I looked at her realizing she didn't get cut. She was shot.
Blood flowed out of her wound from her upper thigh, soaking her body...
I quickly dropped to the floor to catch bleeding Mikasa.
Tears rushed to my eyes as her face turned pale and her breathing grew heavy.
"Mikasa! Mikasa!" I said taking off my shirt and tying it around her wound to stop the bleeding.
Her tired eyes looked into mine and her bruised lip formed a soft smile.
"You damn idiot!" I said with tears rushing down my face.
"Are you okay?!" I said moving her soft black hair out of her beautiful pale face.
Her bruised smile grew.
"Mikasa answer me!!!!!" I demanded as I carried her bridal style, but sitting on my knees.
Blood kept flowing out and no responses but a smile.
The tall mysterious man quickly ran away as Conny chased after him, "COME BACK HERE YOU BASTARD!"

Sasha was on the phone calling the police department.

"Mikasa please be okay!" I choked on a sob as I gently rested my forehead on hers.
"Eren..." She mumbled.
"What? What is it? Oh God so much blood, we'll get you to a hospital-"
All I could do was worry about her.
She interrupted my sentence by placing her soft hand on my cheek, she leaned in close as her soft lips were close to mine.
"I'm sorry..." She pecked my lips.
"Mikasa..its okay.." I hugged her tightly gently resting my head on her shoulder.
In the back I heard Sasha and the twins quietly crying to themselves. I couldn't believed she kissed me!
Her breathing stopped.
Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no no no no no no no!
"MIKASA!!! DON'T YOU DARE LEAVE ME!!!" I said holding her tight in my arms as tears rushed down my cheeks seeing her eyes shut and her breathing slowly stopping.
"Mi-Mikasa?" I choked on a sob.
"MIKASAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" I screamed into the air with all my lungs. "SOME ONE HELP UUUSSS!!!!" I yelled again as tears fell on her body and hopefully not her corpse.
Just then the ambulance came.
I stood up still holding Mikasa in my arms walking towards the ambulance.
They quickly took Mikasa away from my arms and inside the vehicle driving away to the nearest hospital.
"Mr...?"
"Jaeger." I finished my sentence. I kept my eyes glued to the ground as my hair as well covered them.
"And Ms..."
"Ackerman." I finished her sentence.
"Will be in Kuisichi hospital."
I nodded as she walked away inside the side vehicle.

"Mikasa...."

"Eren. Look." Sasha showed me a picture of the tall mysterious man. My face lit up.

Mikasa POV

I woke up in a fuzzy world...vision was blurry. Great!!! I looked to the side seeing Eren by my side with his hand squeezing mine and his head buried in the bed sheets. I survived...What happened?!
I looked at my wound and my memory quickly returned.
"Who was that man..." I murmured under my breath.
I looked out the window. What hospital was I in..?
"Mikasa?" I heard Eren's faint voice.
I turned my head seeing Eren's eyes fill with tears.
"Yeah?" I looked at him with curiosity in my eyes. He quickly stood up and embraced me tight in his arms.
I hugged back burying my head in his shoulder.
"Thank God.." His voice cracked.
I smiled combing his hair with my fingers gently to calm him.
"Everything's okay." I mumbled
"Thank God that now it is." Eren placed his forehead against mine looking into my eyes.
I looked back as our lips were coming closer and closer towards each other at the point that I felt his breath travel down my neck.
I think...I think I'm ready to move on, our lips were just a centimeter away from touching.
Just as we were about to touch the door slammed open leaving Eren and I scrambled away from each other.
"MIKASA!" Sasha and the twins yelled running towards me.
"Hey you two!" I hugged the twins tightly and Conny brought a giant stuffed anime duck and flowers.
All I could do was help but smile, especially at Eren.

Eren POV

Later on...
"So you know her?" The officer asked holding up a wanted sign.
My eyes widen noticing who it is.
M-Mikasa?!
My mind was totally panicking, I fell in love with a murderer!
I looked into his eyes some how they seemed familiar.
"No, haven't even seen this women in my life." I lied to him.
I couldn't believe it.
"Thank you for your time." He walked away towards his car.

"Mikasa..."

Mikasa POV

I was at Yui's cleaning the bar counter. I hope Eren comes today. Okay I finally admit it!
"Hoping for Eren to come by?" Annie winked at me.
"Hoping for Armin to come by?!" I laughed.
"Yes actually. He's my husband after all!" She giggled playfully punching my arm. "Can't wait for you guys to have sex!" She yelled from the back.
"Annie!!" My face turned red.
I heard the door bell ring from the restaurant door letting us know there was a customer here.
I look towards the door seeing Eren not looking too happy.
"Hi Eren!" I said joyfully.
"Hey." He kept his eyes glued to the ground.
"Can I-"
"We need to talk." I looked behind me and Annie nodded. Yes! Letting my shift off early!
I changed out of uniform and Eren and I walked out with the starry night sky.
"So what's up-" he quickly stood in front of me, he grabbed me by the waist pulling me closer to him and his mouth was right at my ear.
"I know who you are Mikasa..."
I was confused...
"What do you mean?" I whispered backed.
"Your last name is Krisjten..you almost murdered your husband."
What??!
"What are you talking about? He abused me!"
He showed me a wanted flyer with my face on it. My eyes widen...no...
"Eren-"
"DON'T LIE TO ME!! ITS CLEAR WHO YOU ARE MIKASA!!" Eren yelled.
"Eren that flyer is not-"
"NOT WHAT?!"
"NOT TRUE!!" I yelled back.
"WELL CLEARLY IT SAYS IT ALL ON THIS FLYER! YOUR LUCKY IM NOT GOING TO REPORT YOU!!" He threw the flyer at me.
"I can't believe I fell in love with a murderer..." He walked away.

Tears swelled up in my eyes...how...how is this happening...what am I supposed to do..I dropped to the floor, I bursted sobbing to the ground.
