This is the tale of two detective brothers that work together in a company of their own, they settle into their new home and set up their work essentials when something creepy falls onto their plates...
Hi! My name's Nova Guiles! And I live with my brother Leo Guiles. We both graduated from the same police academy in Australia, yup we're Aussie's, we had just arrived in America last night, it's an alright place I guess. We were in the middle of setting up the apartment right n- *SNAP* "Ey mate, you're spacin' out again, and I ain't movin' all these boxes myself!" Leo exclaimed and I looked at him and sighed "S-Sorry brother, I was just thinking to myself..." Leo chuckled and said "Well quit yer mopin, I don't think you'll lose your accent" I cracked a smile at that, well it took about 7 hours to get everything in a like-able setup. I looked at Leo and said tiredly "Hey I'm gonna hit the hay and you should do the same." He nodded and I wandered into my room, stripped down to some boxer shorts and a ragged old long sleeve shirt and the last thing I remember was my face hitting the pillows.
I slowly woke up to the sound of birds chirping and sunshine on my face. I didn't notice Leo sitting in a chair at the foot of my bed "Good morning brother!!!" He shouted with a grin "AHHH!!!" I jumped out of bed and hit the floor "Hahahahahahaha! I got you gooooood! Look at ya' yer on the floor!" He was Laughing his arse off, I stood up and lowly growled: "It's not funny ya' blonde freak, sittin at the foot of my bed waiting for me to wake!" He slowly frowned and walked out of the room after saying "Well get dressed, we're heading out to our office space that we got to set up!" I sighed and got ready and we started off to the office space. It was about a 45-minute drive there from the apartment, and all I saw were boxes upon boxes, I sighed and mumbled "Yaaay more unpacking..."
It was finally done spectacular setup! There was only 3 things we had to get done, a sign, posters, and the worst of all... A catchphrase *DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN* "Man I love this piano!" Leo laughed, I looked at him "Oh, I thought that was in my head..." We both laughed. We had set up the sign, it read "Leo And Nova's Detective Services!" It was a good sign, we also had posters throughout town the background of them was a picture Leo had taken of us after graduating detective academy:

I'm the one on the right he's the one on the left, heh we're a pair of goofy brothers but that's alright with both of us. The posters also said at the top, the same as the name of the company, and on the bottom, it said "Come On Down! We Take Any And Every Case! Located On 221 Business Road!" Now there was one thing left... "The catchphrase..." *DUN DUN DUUUUUN* "Would you stop that!" I looked at Leo and he was grinning a mile long, "Sorry" I shook my head and said, "But what should the catchphrase be...?" We both pondered for a sec before Leo said in an announcer's voice "The Detective Guiles Are Here For You!" I smiled and said "Perfect!" We went back to doing some work for about an hour until a sobbing girl walked in and said: "Y-You take any case right..?" I felt the room get cold but Leo being the supposed "Ladies Man" stood up and said "Yes ma'am! We're here for your every need! Just tell us what's wrong!" She took a deep breath and said "H-He slaughtered them... M-My parents... H-He painted messages with their blood and all I can remember... I-Is his wicked grin and their screams... P-Please, help me..." The words pierced mine and Leo's chests and everything was silent...
