This here is my RWBY OC.
Bing Lei. Ice Thunder in Chinese.
Her Emblem located as a tattoo on her left leg.
I haven't figured out what her Semblance should be yet.
Her weapons are her dust powered boots. Kind of like Mercury's weapon but more so with Dust, specifically for Lightning and Ice hence the glowing straps on the boots.
She has pretty bad social anxiety. She can only trust her teammates or close friends. But she's a total badass when it comes to combat.
