Chapter one

Chapter 1:

Ali's POV: 

I looked over at Alex. He had dark brown hair, grey eyes, and soft kissable lips.  

Speaking of kissable there he goes kissing some one random once again. 

I felt a pang of jealousy, along with hurt and longing. 

Here's the thing. Alex hates me. But I'm his mate. He doesn't know that only I do. I found out when I turned thirteen and shifted for the first time. You see I'm a werewolf and I live in the city of Greenville. Here in Greenville everyone is a werewolf and everyone knows that only a she-wolf can know who her mate is by first glance, the males on the other hand must kiss their mate to know. 

Here's the thing though you have to be near your mate weather the male knows or not. If you aren't near then your wolf will pull you to them,unless of course they have officially rejected you. Then you usually just run away from them to the city limits. That's how Alex knows that someone in his pack is his mate. And yes I said his, did I forget to tell you? Oops silly me, Alex, or Alex Jonathon Mitchell, is the alpha of our pack, The Blue Moon Pack. 

So why haven't I told him that I'm his mate if he's searching for me? Well simple, I want to wait as long as possible until I face Alex rejecting me. 

But, there is one thing that might just get him to accept me, maybe, just maybe if he see's my power, and the strength I have to become a good Alpha-female he won't make it so painful.  

"Alyssa Wondergem! You are next to kiss the Alpha!" 

Uh oh. Gotta go, wish me luck.

Alex's POV: 

I kissed the next girl and then she whispered something fascinating in my ear. 

She said, "Alpha Alex why don't we devise a plan to make your mate come to us? We could pretend to be mates and she'd definitely intervene weather she means to or not at the mating ceremony." 

I looked at her, and pretended that this was the girl I have been waiting for. Giving a slight nod of the head I then kissed her again. 

"This is my mate! I have found her! Call the cooks tell them to prepare a feast! And call The Elders and tell them to start planning the mating ceremony at once!" I declared loudly for all of my pack to hear. I noticed Ali looking confused and more than a little upset. Oh, we'll doll face the trash probably just wanted a chance to kiss these lips again. Though we did that in sixth grade so it's not possible for her to be my mate, right? Don't they find out when their like 12 or something, wait it may have been 13. Well either way I wouldn't ever be blessed with such a powerful mate. 

Wait, what the hell? Since when do I think of Ali as anything more than extremely annoying little nuisance? 

Goddess, there must be some one planting thoughts in my head, yeah that's it I don't care for her at all especially after the way she flirted with Cullum when we were dating! Yup, that biotch is nothing more than a w**** in the pack. Now, let us go feast!
