I gazed stonily at the police officer in front of me. It's one thing to be arrested for murder but it's another to be falsely accused for it. The officer in front of me asked me one simple question.
"What happened to him?" His eyes bored holes in me, waiting for some sign that said I did it.
"You said his stomach was torn open as if by a wild animal? Well that should tell you that it wasn't me! I'll even use smaller words so you can understand. I. Didn't. Do. It." I waited for his response.
"So many people have said that if anyone had held a grudge against him it would be you. So you tell me. How did you do it?"
"I didn't do it! I was at home! By rights you can't keep me here without a proper reason so I'm leaving!"
I stormed and left the station to head for home my thoughts surrounding the matter of my anger for those around me.
Whenever people pick on me that person ends up dying. It's not my fault. I just wish that I could live in peace.
