The night was cold and mysterious. Looking out on the gloomy and dreary town of London Square something seemed weird but no one seemed to notice. Walking out of the abandoned tower, I felt like someone was following me. Danger.Danger. Looking back on the darkness, no figure was behind. On the streets cars driving by with the roar of engines and bonfires letting off bright orange sparkles.

The further I walk, the more invisible I seem and more lost."Excuse me, I am lost can you help me?" one little girl asked. Watching as tears of worry run down her face, those words came back again. Danger. Danger. "Sorry I can't." Running away looking back at the little girl,I seemed more helpless then ever. Now all I have to do is go to the abandoned warehouse and find more clues about mom and dad. Let's just hope security won't catch me this time.

Finally I arrive at the warehouse and the guards seem to be knocked out. I don't mind just as long as I get through without any problems. The door was unlocked which was crazy cause I am the only on with the key. Going into the warehouse I hear rustling and banging noises, then a voice. "Where is that book?" Suspiciously I reached in my backpack and grabbed my flashlight. I walk only a few feet until a figure ran across the room. "Who's there? I won't hurt you." Suddenly a boy came from behind a box with a scratch on his arm. "Promise you won't hurt me?"said the boy. "I cross my heart." The boy came closer and looking at him close up, he looked like a teenager. "My name is Brody. If I scared you I really didn't mean to. I was searching for something in here." I couldn't stop looking at his blue eyes. "Oh you really didn't scare me.

"I'm Twyla and I was looking for something as      well, wh-" Before I could finish my sentence, he pulled me into the room I always go in when I am looking for clues. "I will show you what I am looking for. It's called the Evalon." I was going to tell him that that's what I was looking for as well. "Um well, I am kinda of looking for something like that as well." BOOM! The main door busted open and four policemen came in. "We know you you're in here girl. You can't hide forever. We've got guards at every exit." said one policeman. "Wait I know a way out without any guards seeing us, come on Brody." I say as I pull him towards the bookshelf. WOOSH!

"Woah, I never knew the bookshelf could do that. I won-"Brody says with excitement. "Shh, don't talk the tunnel had an echo and can be heard throughout the whole warehouse." I say while covering his mouth. The further we go, Brody keeps asking questions. "How long have you known about this? Where is your home? Do you think the guards will find us? Why are you liking for the Evalon?" "Ok Brody we are almost out so I will tell you everything, ok?" I say seriously. We finally come out of the tunnel and look back at the tunnel and the warehouse. The building had policemen everywhere, even on the roof. "Captain I found her, and she is not alone!"says one of the policemen on the roof.

"RUN! Follow me I know a place. Come on Brody." Brody and I run until we reach the clock tower. "Why are we here, we need to hide in a safer place Twyla." "Trust me this place is safe." We finally reach the top of the and go to where I sleep." This is my home. We will be safe here for tonight, no doubt the guards will find us." I say as I clean Brody a sleeping area. "Wow I never could imagine you living up here. But overall you have an amazing view of the city. Wow I wish I could live up here."said Brody. "Alright your area is set up sorry it's a mess in here. Haven't had time to clean up." I say while I clean up papers. "We should get some sleep. Goodnight Brody." Climbing into my bed never felt good. "I am going to stay up for a while. Goodnight Twyla." I doze off for a little bit then looked at Brody starring out the window. He hums now and then that sounds like a lullaby. It sounds familiar but I don't want to disturb him. Finally my eyes fully close.
