Rachel looked out her window. her neighbor, carol, just got home but she noticed something weird. a new man.
Rachel went over to see if everything was ok. Carol was just 16, and to be with a man like that was just plain out wrong. Not that. Rachel should say anything, she was only 17 herself. As she went over, she felt carols mothers eyes on her. Her mother never liked Rachel, and she never knew why.
once she was over, the man went out once Rachel rang the doorbell several times. she immediately asked,"how do you know Carol? " This man looked vert mature, maybe in his twenties, but more mature than any twenty year old she ever knew. this man looked at her with a certain kind of glimmer, like lust mixed with confusion.
"i'm her stepdad."
