I was close to 13 when it happened. I was writing my school paper and I started writing on a whim. I felt this need to write it. When I was finished, I couldn't believe my eyes. Two pages of solid description lay in front of me. All of it was about one location. One place I knew. I described a person I knew, but I didn't know what happened to them. I knew who did it to them, but not what it was that happened. I had no specific date or time either.

Not two days later a high school student in the next town was murdered on a trip to Boise. By a college student at Boise State.

I knew them both. And I never said a thing to my parents. Well, parent. My mom was the only parent I had. She was a single mom, never married.

I started writing about robberies, murders, and home break-ins. I never told anyone anything about them. My friends got really annoyed when I'd start writing out of nowhere and wouldn't stop.

I made it through college at Oregon State University still with this issue. It happened during class almost every day, a lot of stuff went on in Corvallis. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice and got a job at the Portland Police Bureau.

I had an extraordinary power, and when my partner found out, she told our boss and I was our resident homicide detective. I was happy to do it, but I didn't like people knowing about what I could do.

But the power got me noticed by the FBI, and I couldn't keep them at bay for long.
