It felt good to have someone to notice her.
It had been many years since that last happened. Her mother and brothers had stopped noticing her when she had started school.
It felt weird, but still good, to know that at least one person always would see her.
She believed he felt the same way.
That the feeling of belonging somewhere finally had come to him too.
Of course, she didn't know how long he had been like that, but she still believed that was what he felt.
