A week went and she didn't talk to him at all.
Really, he didn't really try either, but every time she caught a glance at him she could see that he was worried, that he wanted to say something.
It made her feel bad.
But really, everything about him made her feel bad. He made her feel bad because he didn't like her the way she liked him.
Eventually, he talked to her. Said that he was sorry about whatever it was that was wrong, and then he hugged her.
He hugged her, and that really tingly feeling grew in her stomach.
