I dragged my feet slowly up our driveway, our new house was in bad condition.

Blue paint was slowly peeling off the house. The window sills were covered in dust, Moss grew in big patches on the roof, I opened the door slowly, taking my shoes off outside. I walked towards my room and stopped to see my cat walking towards me, purring. I picked him up and prosseded to walk to my room.

putting him down on the floor. I stood to see my little sister.

"Serena?" my little sister walked into my room, "I want Tiger" she started walking towards Tiger, who curled up in a little ball. obviously not wanting to be touched by Kacy.

"Leave him alone. he doesn't wants to be touched" I told her.

"I don't care" she continued  to pick him up, then Tiger growled, Kacy stepped  back by reflexes.

I sighed "Kacy, I need to study, can you get Tiger later?"  then she sighed  and walked out, I looked at Tiger sadly and turned back to my bag.

Studying was terrible, I couldn't  considerate. My mind kept coming back to Riley and today.. why did he do anything for me.

Less and less light came through the window, it forced me to turn the lights on.

I felt starving after finishing studying for my math test.

I rummaged through the pantry and found some chips, the salty flavour stayed on my lips, I went to brush my teeth and turned my small TV near my bed. listening to skincare advertisements. before I drifted into a sleep.
