Alicia's POV
Today is the day I meet her. I've been waiting ever since I first discovered her on Vine. I'm going to meet Gabbie! She's going to perform live tomorrow, but I won a competition to meet her and hang with her for a day. I even get to stay in the same hotel with her for a night. I'm so goddamn excited. I wiggle into my dark blue jeans, and slip on my white Adidas Superstars. I'm supposed to meet Gabbie at Burger King, inside the train station, Glasgow Central, at 12pm. It's 10:30am at the moment. I quickly take a selfie, and tweet to @TheGabbieShow
"Ready to meet my idol at last!" and then I leave without any further thoughts.
Gabbie's POV
My phone starts vibrating, just as I finish straightening my hair. It's that girl Alicia, who won the competition. She took a mirror selfie, and she looks so cute. I can't wait to meet her if I'm honest, I love meeting fans but I feel different this time. More excited than usual. I've had a few Twitter conversations with her, and she's so funny!
It's 11:15am now. I put my mascara on, and then I look in the mirror. Presentable, yes. Gorgeous, not quite. I shrug my shoulders, as I watch my reflection copy me. I chuckle slightly, as my 5 year old inner self shines through. I put on my jacket, and I leave, to get a taxi to the train station.
Alicia's POV
11:54am. The train is pulling into Glasgow Central now. I have mixed feelings of excitement and nerves. I stand up, and instead of a simple stretch, I jump up and down. But then I get a weird dread feeling. What if Gabbie hates me? What if I mess up? How do I approach her? Do I hug her, shake her hand? I shrug these feelings off, and the train stops. I look at my phone. It buzzes. Gabbie tweeted that she is here. I go through the barriers and take a deep breath. I see someone from my school nearby. I call her over. "Can you get a video of me meeting Gabbie?" I say, handing her my phone. She nods and I start walking. I see Gabbie, typing on her phone. She's smiling. I start shaking, I'm within shouting distance now. She looks up, and sees me. I hear the beep on my phone right behind me, of my friend recording. We both start running, and I hug her really tight. She lifts me up a little and spins me round. "Hey Gab." I say. "Sorry that I couldn't lift you higher, I'm still super sleepy hun." Gabbie replies, setting me down. I grab my phone from my friend before continuing a conversation with Gabbie. "Where are we going?" I say, as she links arms with me. "Shopping?" she says. "I don't have a lot of money though." I croak, looking up at her. She looks back down at me. "Didn't you read the terms and conditions? £500 spending money!" she says. Then a light bulb clicks in my head and I burst out laughing. "Do you have it? " I say, chuckling. Gabbie nods and hands me it, in a purse.
Gabbie's POV
I've only been with Alicia for 10 minutes, and I love her already. She's funny as hell, she's so down to earth and you just have to love her contagious smile. She knows where she is going, so she guides me to a shop, called Primark. We go around, picking up things and putting them in baskets, but then I hear Alicia squeal in front of me. I walk over slightly. "WHAT IS IT WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING SHOULD I BE FANGIRLING?" I say loudly to make her laugh. She doesn't respond verbally, she holds a top in front of me. It says "Happy Campers" on it. "Okay, maybe a reason to fangirl." I say, laughing. I immediately look through the rack to find my size. I NEED IT! I found my size, and after a lot of shopping, we went out of Primark, and off on the rest of our adventures.
