Frisk's P.O.V.
I was sitting inside my room. My room was big, it had white walls with a light red strip in the middle. My bed was placed in the middle of the room. Neatly folded with fluffly pillows.
There wasn't really a point in sneaking in, if you get inside right away after being caught. Well, besides NOT getting in trouble.
My plan backfired. And now, I'm here, waiting to be shouted at. It turns out that my mother was up the balcony, earning a perfect view to my reckless plan... Which caused one of the pillars outside to crack.
I continued to ponder, until I heard my bedroom door slam open.
"Frisk! Listen, young lady!"
I looked up to see my mother, who was wearing a furious expression. She had brown hair like me, probably darker, she wore a red and fancy shirt. For some reason, our family is fond of the color red. That's why the flowers outside were all red.
"Do you have any idea about what you've done?!" She shouted. I just glared at the ground.
'Yes. Because I was there...' I whispered to myself. My thoughts were interrupted again, when she stomped her foot on the tiled floor. I may have jumped a little.
I also didn't think she would hear that. I'm a very quiet person. I don't seem like it because of the way I act. I guess my mom is already used to my voice. "Are you talking back?!"
"I'm sorry..." I'm still not a fan of talking. Every word I say comes out in whispers or I would just mouth the words that I wanted to say.
My mom sighed in exasperation. Her glare was still there as she stared into my small eyes.
"You know better than that." She stated. "Our family is very proper! We should follow our rules and regulations!" She walked closer to me.
"We are also a family known for being great dancers... Besides you..."
I grimaced. That stung me... Her words hurt, but everything she says about me is true...
Do I really belong here?
She turned around, her back facing me. "I hope that you're ashamed of yourself." She stomped out of the room, then closed the door.
I still sat there.
This is my everyday life now...
People telling me that I don't belong...
Even my own family thinks so, too.
Should I just leave, so that I will take away a heavy burden?
Yes... I need to go... No one would even notice my disappearance...
I got up, got a backpack, got as many important things as I can, then opened the window.
As I opened it, I felt a cold breeze on my face. I breathed in.
I'm now going to run away. Hopefully, I could find somewhere else to go...
I jumped out the window, landing on a soft pile of grass, making sure that no one heard me at the same time.
I looked towards the direction of the forest where I used to practice my dancing in...
And before I knew it, I was already sprinting to it... I guess even my body wants me to leave...
Goodbye house...
Goodbye to the people who keep on insulting me...
Goodbye, old life... I'm ready to start over...
I will become a dancer... I'll show them what I'm capable of.
I ran and ran, deeper into the forest I go, not even bothering to look back...
Goodbye...
End Of Chapter!
