Suicide She wrote; Sadness it gave

"If my heart ceased to function today
Who would care?
If I woke to meet my beautiful corpse
Who would notice that I'm forever gone?
The sun would still shower her golden reflections on her subjects
The skies would still embrace us with cyan love"

She wrote those words to me with deep sorrow in her soul

She thought her existence was a mistake

As she prepared to pull the trigger to greet death so cold

She forgot that her selfish departure would form a scar no one could fix

The scar formed from witnessing a murder

Two years passed. Two painfully long years it took

For me to chance upon her grief filled words

With a matching sadness, I wrote my own

"When your heart ceased to function
I cared greatly
When I saw your unmovingbody in that wooden box
I realized that you had left me forever
Dark clouds held the sun captive
Darkness replaced the golden rays
The sky poured out her droplets of torment
Nothing remained the same
My life was ruined forever"
