After my first mission I told father about the prophecy. Snape said it aloud, hearing it first hand from Professor Trelawny. My letter arrived for Hogwarts and I made the trip with Dolohov to get my things. Sometimes I forget he was young like me. Only twenty-seven. But loyal like his father. His father, Rémi, had come to London and met his wife,Tandy. They met Rudolfus at the ministry and that night joined my father. Rémi took me in in Dolohov's third year, his first year as a Death Eater. But father had left and the mark slowly disappeared. Now, he stood twice my height and weight and gave me a smile. I took his hand like always. He was my closest friend and his hands were so warm.
"Dolohov?" I whispered.
"Yes, my lady?" He asked absently as he stared at the menu on the wall at a muggle restaurant.
"Never mind," I chuckled.
"No, no Ellie tell me," Dolohov turned to me, looking at me.
"Have you ever thought of what I said last year?" I mumbled. Last year I had drank a bottle of Fireball and confessed my deepest secrets to him.
"You are the only best friend I've had since I became a Death Eater. But your father may not approve.." He sat down at the counter and grabbed my hand in his. "I do enjoy knowing you feel affection toward me. Maybe I'll live another day." He smirked but I winced at the way he made me sound soft. The muggle gave us our food. I had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and ate quietly. I looked at Dolohov as he ate his burger and stared in amusement at a box in the corner of the room showing moving pictures. Muggles are strange. I finished first and stood. I left the restaurant and sat on a bench outside. Someone passed by and looked at me. He was pudgy with dark hair and blue eyes. That's the Longbottom boy. What a disgrace to the Purebloods. I shook my head and smiled at him coldly. He hurried by giving me another glance before rounding the corner. Dolohov finally came out and took me hand. We went the same way as Lomgbottom and into an alleyway. Suddenly, I was lifted up and Dolohov pressed his lips to mine. Shocked, I flailed until I was put down. Dolohov looked ashamed.
"I'm so sorry," he grimaced but I started to smile and grabbed his hand and apparated to the station. My trunk joined us, appearing on a trolley along with a small cage holding my small garden snake. Dolohov looked ashamed still. But I was happy. We both ran through the barrier at top speed. I laughed as Dolohov inhaled the steam like always.
"Owl me when ever you need Ellie," he had his hands on my arm and I stood on my tiptoes and kissed him ever so lightly on the lips before I turned and pushed away my cart and I turned back and he looked like he had been hit. He smiled and waved at me.
I saw Draco just then. He helped my put my things in the train and led me to our compartment. I held the small snake in my hand as we sat together in stony silence. Edagar looked at me before hissing. "Miss Ellie what will your father think, kissing a man like that." I shook my head and patted him with my finger.

The trip was uneventful. I dosed and tiredly let Edagar slither through my fingers. We stopped suddenly. I pulled my robes on over my black dress and stowed Edagar in my inner pocket.
"Be good in there," I hissed to him and exited the train. The carriages awaited. The skinny thestrals huffed. I had seen them all of school. I patted one with affection and climbed into an empty carriage. Draco preferred not to be seen with me. I, having also my mother blood, was placed in Ravenclaw. It wasn't awful. The blue was beautiful and I wasn't a fan of all the green. Too bad though. Father didn't know since he had disappeared before I started school. Luney Lovegood skipped past. Next past Harry and Ron. George and Fred stopped outside my carriage. I hissed slightly and Edagar climbed my back and to my shoulder.
"I was thinking of how to paint the store," Fred was saying as he climbed in and took a seat. George noticed me first. He glared at me. We had had a falling out last year before the Yule ball. I smiled. The freckles on his nose, darker than Fred's, disappeared as he scrunched up his face. He attempted to leave but the carriage we had started to move. He grumbled.
"Georgie, don't make faces at ladies like that. It's off putting. Do you need the potty or are you focusing on her breasts?" Fred asked. I blushed and laughed awkwardly. George was blushing.
"Fred this is Elizabeth," George spat my name harshly.
"We've met." I smiled my cold, emotionless smile at them and turned my head to Edagar.
"What a prat," the snake hissed I giggled to myself. We stopped and George jumped out so fast I was surprise he didn't break something. Fred followed him, say good bye to me. I followed sullenly. Dolohov was most likely by the fire reading Tales of Beatle the Bard. I smiled finally and entered the castle it wasn't like home. Home was father and Nagini. Much less Wormtail but I put up with him.
I sat myself at the Ravenclaw table and pulled on one of my curls. A toad like women stared at me unblinkingly. Snape glanced me and then her and struck up a conversation swiftly. He knew I would crack if she didn't stop, most likely exposing myself. I closed my eyes and dosed more as the stupid first years were sorted and Dumbledore spoke. Suddenly, heard obnoxious throat clearing as the toad stood. I stared at her. She was shorter than I. So short It looked like she was still sitting down. I laughed and before I knew it she finished. I sighed happily as the food appeared. I ate quickly trying to get the best food. I poured juice in a goblet. A first year next me asked my name.
"Elizabeth Riddle," I said instinctively. The girl smirked.
"I'm Remilda Snape," She smiled. "I'm in your class. Father forced my muggle mother to let me join Hogwarts." Her Albanian accent was barely noticeable.
"I've heard about you from Snape," I said, drinking the juice slowly.
"I'm joining the Dark Lord after this year.," her eyes lit up happily.
"Why wait? We have a large party around the holidays. Just come then. Father loves new blood," I pulled back my sleeve to show her my mark, "I've had mine since I was born." She stared in awe.
"Father said that you were powerful," Remilda was in awe of me. I shock my head, standing. I pushed my hands into my pocket and pulled out Edagar.
"She seems nice," he hissed.
"Too nice. Death Eaters can't be nice," I replied, deep in thought. I veered off to see Snape. His hand were clasped tightly as he directed first years down the right staircase.
"Sir," I smiled st him, "I met Remilda just now. Did you know what she was planning?"
"To join the Dark Lord, yes," he looked proud of the fact. I shook my head.
"A mudblood Snape? Father won't accept her willingly," I whispered
"That's where you come in," he turned away from me and followed Draco down the stairs. I shook my head and followed the last few students upstairs. I walked slowly to the tower and entered close behind a small mousy girl. I walked to the stairs and I heard the people talking about Crazy Potter claiming the Dark Lord was back. I clambered into my bed. Remilda was already asleep in a bed next to me. I sat and thought of the people I missed. Father and Dolohov. And Nagini of course.
An owl soared in through the window. I noticed it as being Guiliguili, Dolohov's owl. I took the letter from him and sent him to the owlery to rest. I opened the seal slowly.
My dearest Elizabeth, it read. I am going to miss you so. But this is your final year. I am so proud. Will you stay with me next year? I can get you a job at the ministry. A Riddle spy. I am awaiting your reply. With love, Dolohov. I smiled happily and followed the letter up again, placing it under my pillow. That night I fell asleep peacefully, thinking of our kiss.
