CHAPTER 13

KACEY'S POV

I stood hesitantly at the door and peered over at his mom. She was laying down on her back and singing quietly to God. When he called a second time she looked at him and smiled and I stepped back. I felt so nervous. "Mommy. How do you feel?" he asked her and engulfed her in a hug. "Just fine honey. A little headache but I'm fine." she responded. She looked so happy. How could they be so happy? Jungkook was encouraging me and he is the sick one and now she looks as if she has never been better. "That's good to know mommy. I want you to meet someone. " He said. He steepped out of the room and held my hand and walked me into the room. His mom's face lit up and she smiled warmly at me. "Annyeonghaseyo! I'm Kacey. Nice to meet you Mrs. Park" I said nervously and bowed. She held my hands in hers and said. "Nice to meet you too." she stared into my eyes for a while and then looked at Jimin. She sent him out so she could talk to me privately and he left.

"Daughter " she began. I was so shocked. Did Jimin tell her we were dating? I looked at her unable to speak and she continued "Don't worry about your friend. He'll be fine. Just trust God ok?" I looked at her puzzled. "Uh. H-How did you know?" I asked and she smiled and said. "Well, I don't have much time left here. I had a feeling I would meet you even though I don't know you." she said. I wanted to ask if she was Christian but I didn't bother. My mom does that too and she's Christian so i just figured. "Take care of Jimin for me?" she asked. I nodded in response. "That boy loves me alot. He won't cope well when I leave. You should help him." she smiled at me and hugged me. I started to cry when she said it. How was I supposed to deal with that. She knew she was going to die and go to heaven that's why she's so happy. But she can't go just yet. "Don't tell him about this until after it happens ok Kacey?" I assured her of it and she called back Jimin into the room.

JIMIN'S POV

What is she telling her? I waited impatiently for my mom to call me back and when she did, I saw Kacey crying and I wiped the tear away. "She's a beautiful girl" my mom said to me. I'm so glad mom likes her. "I know eomma." i said and smiled at her. "You shouldn't leave her at all ok? Take care of my daughter. Forever." Wow! She's calling her daughter. I think I won't have a problem getting Kacey to be mine since my mom loves her already. "Ok mom. I will. Hopefully she'll be my wife someday too." Oh crap. I just said my thought out loud Kacey looked at me shocked. I couldn't take my words back now. I hugged mom and told her I love her and we left the room.

KACEY'S POV

Oh my gosh!!! Did he just... No. It hasn't even been two weeks. How? Could he perhaps love me already? Do I love him? I kept thinking these thoughts until we got back to the others. I saw someone with light brown hair, medium height and build peering through the glass of the door they took Jungkook into. I walked over to him and touched his shoulder. When he turned around I was at a loss for words. Why does everyone keep making me speechless today?

"Kacey?"

"Yoongi?"

I ran into him and gave him a hug. He was in my class back in America but he got a scholarship and moved to Korea a year before us six. The others called him a few days before and told him about Jungkook but I didn't know. We were also very close. Not as close as Jungkook and I though. We sat down and talked about stuff and catching up. He had even met Jimin before too.

----10 hours later----

Surgery was done and Jungkook came out and the surgeon we met before came with him. He wasn't completely up so we let him rest and talked to the doctor. As I stood there, no longer sad. I felt a full rage of anger. My sadness blinded me 10 hours ago and I realized the doctor.

"Jin!!? You bitch! Make sure that my Jungkook isn't hurt like you hurt me or I swear to God you are dead meat!"
