Sebastian black is the leader of a group called hell hounds or also known as the hell's army. Sebastian committed suicide by slitting his throat. He went up too heaven but as he did not admit his sins or even admit what he did was a sin and an insult too god he was kicked out of heaven.
Sebastian swore revenge on God so....
He asks satan too help him.
Satan thought the young demon all he knew.
After a while Sebastian starts a gang called "The Hell Hounds" which soon became a fully trained army for satan too take over heaven and for Sebastian too get his revenge once and for all.
