I'm in my room when my phone rings. I pick it up and see that it's my best friend ever, Cali. "Hey." she said with a sniff. She sounded like she was crying, when it's Cali crying, it worries me as well.

"Cali? Wh-what's wrong?" i ask in a worried tone, as that is what I'm feeling now, as we speak.

"I- I- I- I'M MOVING!" she cried out. "Hold on, Cali. I'm coming over!" I say ending the call and putting my phone in my pocket then my shoes on.

I sprint down the stairs and out the door to my truck. I pull off as fast as I can and I fly to Cali's house.

I pull in the driveway and see her standing there, her arms folded in front of her, crying her eyes out. I turn off my truck and exit to run to her and fling my arms around her, as she did the same to me. We just stand here for a few seconds, and still without saying one word, she takes my hand and leads me inside.

Boxes upon boxes upon boxes, and the rest of the house was empty. She took me into her room where even more boxes are piled onto each other. A plain mattress, 2 pillows, and a few blankets were the only things still out. Her purple walls were bare. With holes of where her old thumbtacks holding her old posters were. Her blinds were already taken down, letting in the bright light of the outside.

We both sit on the mattress. "Where?" i finally ask.

"Philadelphia." she answers letting out a tear. I grab her hand and look at her. We wrap our arms around each other and cry into each other's shoulders.

"Don't worry about me, Em. I'll be ok. Just don't let people give you any shit. I'll miss you, so much." "I'll miss you more. We will see each other again, I know that. And we always got Facebook and Skype to talk." I say letting out a little laugh.

I chose to leave an hour later. I take one last look at her and hug her one more time. I enter my truck and wave goodbye, then pull out and drive home.

That night, I couldn't stop crying. I turn on the song that Cali and I loved and shared. Fallen Angles by the Black Veil Brides. We were planning on going to their concert in a few months, but now, guess we can't. This is the song that played when we first met in 6th grade.

I was playing it on my phone and she came over and knew the song. We started becoming friends, and we stayed that way forever. I bet she is listening to this song too.

My glasses are now completly covered with tears, so I take them off and rest them on the end table next to me. I couldn't stop letting out tears, so soon enough, I cried myself to sleep. I already know that the next day at school would be the worst day ever. As my friend is gone, I have no one else close enough as her.
