All I see in front of me is a huge white castle with weird purple windows. There was grass surrounding it and a smooth, gray pathway leading into it. There was a beautiful bench along the side of the path. The bench seemed to be birch wood with amazing gold carved handles and legs.

Surrounding the castle was fog and nothingness. I walked into the fog, it smelt like the morning dew. I glanced into the fog and it occurred to me that I was in another place or relm. At first it was kinda cool but as I sat and thought about it, I had no idea why I was brought here, what my purpose was or even how to get out!

My  16th birthday was in a couple days and I didn't know how long I would be stuck here. I had saved up all my money since I was 12 years old to have the best "Sweet 16" ever! My whole family had helped me plan it. The only thing I knew was.. I HAD TO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE!!

Still thinking about how to get out, I absentmindedly walked into the castle. It was stunning, "Wow," I said to myself "just wow." The inside of the castle was even bigger than it seemed from the outside, but the one thing I didn't quite understand about the castle was: there was nowhere to live. There were no rooms, bathrooms, or kitchens, all it was was a big, open space with two stair sets leading up to an alter with some kind of relic or shard floating on it.

I was extremely hesitant to go inspect it, but what if it was the way the get out or some kind of clue on how to get out. Behind the alter was a painting of a lady with a flowy, white  dress. She had beautiful angel wings on her back. She had long brown hair with piercing green eyes. Her hair was pulled back into  a high bun with a lavender, flower hair clip. She looked about 18 years old. The more I gazed at the painting the more she started to look like me.

I struggled to build up the courage to climb the stairs. When I did, I fried to remain as calm as possible, but the closer I got the weirder I felt. My head started to pound and my hands started to shake uncontrollably. Something wasn't right, there was some kind of strange magical aura. Once I got my hands under control, I reached for the relic but once I got close, it vanished into my chest. As it did, I was knocked onto the ground and the weird aura was gone.

I immediately started to panic. I looked back towards the entrance of the castle and there was a portal. The frame was white and the magic in the center was glowing indigo. I knew quite a lot about portals. I planned to major in portal science in university. There was no way of knowing where they would lead or even lead anywhere that is."I have to get out!" I whispered to myself. Finally I forced myself through the portal hoping to be home. All I saw was a bright light.
