I don't get it at all, I am so terrible at it! Today we had a gymnastic performance, I got a B meaning I got an eight out of ten. Which is pretty OK, yet I can't even do a handstand or cart wheel properly. The images below represent how I do it. The first line is with me falling on my butt after doing a cartwheel. And the second one is me trying to do a hand stand one time with support from two people. I do a hand stand then full on flip over and...... yeah, it hurt.
