"Don't act liked you forgot what happened you monstrous vandals," said a very angry James.
Percy and Henry were shocked.
"Cuse us?! Alright, what did we do now?"
"What did you do?! You're..."
"...Very bad engines, that's what you two are," thundered the Fat Controller.
Percy and Henry were shocked even more.
"Sir, we have absolutely no idea what you are talking about."
"Liers!"
"I've heard everything you two. Now I understand that you two weren't at fault for the delay at the Harbor, but taking out your anger like that you two is extremely unexceptable."
Henry and Percy froze with shock.
"Sir, there has to be some mistake..."
"Silence, you two will stay in your sheds until you are wanted."
Soon, Percy and Henry's faces turned from feelings of shock to the tense feeling of anger.
"No Sir! We did no such thing."
"How dare you talk back to me like that!"
"How dare you accuse us like criminals without evidence!"
Everyone went silent. No one had ever spoken to the Fat Controller like that before. They could also could see that his face was turn to red as a tomato as if he was about to put end to both green engines, when Gordon and Thomas spoke.
"Sir, with all do respect. We've...We've known Henry and Percy for many years and for something like that is just...just...well...just...just not...just not in their nature," said Thomas in worry.
"Exactly, Sir," said Gordon. "I would not only surprised, I would be shocked if James or Edward would do something like that. I or Thomas aren't making any accusations of course. But, I think it would be wise to presume innocent til' proven guilty. Henry and Percy could've been in their sheds for all we know."
"So we suggest that you investigate the matter immediately," said Thomas.
The Fat Controller took Thomas and Gordon's words with much thought. Everyone else was also wondering if he punish Thomas and Gordon too.
"That is a extremely valid point Thomas and Gordon, however for you Gordon. You, Henry, and James have been taking Duck's incident as childish. Now he may be guilty but regardless."
And the Fat Controller strolled away to the shunting yards to question the yard foreman about what happened in the shunting yards, leaving the big engines to think about their recent actions. The engines were thinking about what they did, until James broke the silence.
"Well, if Henry's innocent, do you think Duck is?" He asked.
"Well, Gordon, your a smart engine. Why don't you figure out that yourself?" said Percy.
Those words stuck in Janes' funnel for a long time, until he saw Diesel shunting a cut of cars.
"I wonder if that Diesel is the coleperit?"
